Ample amount of space/beds for 10 kids and 8 adults. The golf cart, backpack coolers and beach chairs provided were a huge plus. Beach access directly across the street with designated golf cart parking. Overall very satisfied with our stay!

Our family of 11 had a great stay. There was plenty of room and the house had everything we could ask for. There was additional surprises with coolers, chairs and umbrellas for our use on the beach. There was a little confusion with lock box and gate codes on arrival, but communication to figure it out was fantastic. The only thing I would have liked to have known before coming was how high the dunes were at the closest accesses (within walking/bike distance) and how many stairs there were to get down to the beach (about 25 - 36 or so depending on the access). This trip was for my 82 year old mom to see the gulf coast and she could not get up and down those steps. Thankfully, a public beach access about 10-15 minutes away had a ramp all the way to the beach and even a beach wheelchair at the lifeguard station we took advantage of to help her access it more quickly and with less effort. When we booked, we didn't intend to have to pack the car for the days at the beach and worry about parking, but we did what we had to do to make sure she was able to enjoy the beach with us. I only mention this so that others can be prepared for all of the steps if there is a disabled or elderly family member in the group. If the steps are not a deterrent, then this location is perfect as the distance to and from the accesses was a short bike ride or walk from the house. Overall a wonderful trip and I would definitely visit this area again!

House was gorgeous inside and out. Lots of rooms and space to be comfortable. Located across the street from the private access to the beach. We loved using the golf cart to go to the different shops and site seeing. When we were not down at the beach, we enjoyed lounging in the outdoor space and pool. We loved every minute of our celebration vacation!
