About this house rental

Holiday 30A at Magnolia Cottages by the Sea, a small, quiet, and quaint neighborhood, is the perfect 30A getaway, especially with its location in the neighborhood. A spacious, custom 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, nice situated on the property for privacy and no home on one side. Relaxing from the moment you enter.



Ample parking for 2 cars and another small car or golf cart. There is a deeded beach access directly in front of the neighborhood. The pool is between the beach and the home; convenient with bathrooms. Take the bikes to the close shops & restaurants: 1M to Alys Beach, 1M to The Big Chill and 2 miles to Rosemary Beach. Only 6 miles to Seagrove/Seaside.

The pool was renovated two yrs ago and is located about midway between the home & beach. which is about two min walk.



Outdoor Living Spaces

Parking for two cars and LSV or Golf Cart.Stone paver driveway
Outdoor shower with hot & cold water.Screened in porch.Paver patio for lounging - plenty of seating, yoga & grilling.Grill with charcoal.


Golf Carts

There is a small amount of golf cart parking the front of the neighborhood between Morgan Ln & the Waterhouse condos. A golf cart to the beach is not really necessary to the beach, it's only about three hundred yards.



Beach Access & Service

In order to sit near the access, you must rent a "beach setup", consisting of 2 chairs and an umbrella. For beach chair rental call 904-708-1859 and ask for Shawn or Blain. You can bring some of the beach chairs in the shed with you for additional seating as well.



There is another small public beach access at Mistral just a one to two min walk to the west with a bike rack and you do not have to rent at this location. It also tends to be less crowded.

It was love at first sight! Our family enjoyed the property in every way. It was secluded and quiet yet close enough to things we like to do. It was clean and well stocked. Another stay is what we’re looking forward to.

It was a great labor day weekend with friends. Each couple having their own room and bathroom was clutch. The kitchen was full of all the items wet needed to be able to cook dinner one night. The location was great and very quiet. Hope to book it again next year if we're able to make it back

The cottage was just as pictured. Jane was very responsive and helpful from the beginning to the end of our stay.Only advice to future visitors is to either bring or prepare to purchase more paper towels, bathroom tissue and kitchen trash bags. Not enough was left in the home which sleeps 8 people on vacation for 5 days/4 nights.Besides that, I would definitely recommend! :)
