We rented this beautiful home with another family for Spring Break week. Anyone that is familiar with 30a knows that spring break is one of the busiest times of year. We were pleasantly surprised that this home felt like a little oasis away from the busyness. It is setback from the street and the backyard is very private. The fact that the street it is on is not a through street is wonderful.
The home itself had absolutely everything you could need. Having rented houses before we came prepared with many things and realized we really didn’t need to bring anything! What a sweet treat that was!
The heated pool was perfect since the beach was pretty crowded, cool and windy.
All of the bedrooms were very good sizes and the overall house was very quiet.
We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Stayed here for my birthday weekend and it was an absolute dream home! From its short walk to 30A, to the amenities at the house, to the private pool, this house had everything that we could have asked for. Christine and Nick were very responsive with any questions we had, which is a HUGE plus. We have already discussed on making this house an annual tradition for when we come back to visit 30A. It simply was amazing.
