Nestled in the highly sought-after Magnolia Cottages by the Sea community, this hidden gem is ideally located on 30A, less than a 5 minute walk to the beach access. Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach are just a short walk or bike ride away—both less than two miles from the property. With its quiet surroundings and minimal traffic, this location is perfect for those looking to relax and unwind.
Upon entering the home, you'll be greeted by a spacious, open living area, featuring a cozy sectional sofa and a large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is generously sized, with ample bar seating and a lovely dining table, making it the perfect space for cooking and enjoying meals. It boasts elegant quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, blending style and functionality. For added convenience, the home also includes a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.
Each of the three bedrooms comes equipped with its own flat-screen TV. The queen bedroom has an en-suite full bath, while a second bedroom, ideal for kids, features two sets of twin-over-full bunk beds with twin trundles underneath. PLEASE NOTE: The Patina private beach boardwalk is temporarily closed by Walton County for improvements. In the meantime, guests have convenient beach access at Seabreeze Public Beach Access, less than a 5-minute walk away from the house and approximately 200 steps west of the Patina access.

The beach cottage was very well-maintained and pristine. The rooms were spacious along with the living room, dining room, and outdoor patio for sitting and hanging out. It was very clean and they accomodated our needs.

Home was comfortable with easy access to beach. We were impressed with cleanliness and overall attention to detail. Property management was accessible and helpful. Definitely hope to stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at A Wave From It All! Jeramy was the perfect host, so accommodating and always available. We feel like she went above and beyond to make our stay special. The house is set up to make living easy! Love the kitchen! We were there for 6 weeks and didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend!!
