This house is perfection! It’s spacious, luxurious, and clean. We loved the location, which was a short walk from the beach as well as shopping/restaurants. We appreciated the quiet street. The house offered easy access to busier Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach in a calm residential spot.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Everything in the house is gorgeous and the perfect layout. It was so nice having large bedrooms with room for all of us! Our first trip with our puppies was a success and they loved the house as well! Can’t wait to come back!!

This property is absolutely spectacular! Barefoot 30A management company is phenomenal and everything was handled so smoothly from the minute we booked through the minute we checked out. Highly recommend!! The house is situated on a very quiet private street on the north side of 30A - the beach is right across the street and super easy access, I think it took us a total of five minutes to walk there. The house is perfect in every way - meticulously clean and so incredibly appointed. It's a dream!! Our teens loved the bunk room, which has its own bath, and the other two king rooms shared a beautiful hall bath. The bunks might be a little short for taller kids (my son is 6'2" and a bit long for his, but he didn't seem to care!) There is no cable TV service at the house, which didn't bother us a bit since the TV was never on anyway. There is a speaker system that runs throughout and we enjoyed music on the back patio and pool area most days. The house has wagons, beach chairs and an umbrella for all to use, although we did find the wagons were kind of a hassle to lug across the sand walkway to the beach, so we just carried the chairs instead. The chairs have backpack style straps so its very easy to just drape over your shoulders and carry them over to the beach. We brought a sand bucket and shovel, but were pleasantly surprised to see that there were several other buckets in the garage for us to use as well. Tip - in lieu of a cooler we filled a bucket with ice and took along some canned beers to enjoy at the beach so we didn't have to bring a cooler! We also packed some cheap pool floats in our luggage and blew them up when we got there and were so glad we did - the kids used them every day and we left them there so hopefully another family can use them, too! The outdoor grill is incredible, we grilled food several nights eating in the gorgeous screened patio. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. There is an awesome butler's pantry with a Keurig, a regular coffee maker, toaster and blender - just perfect!! We rented bikes from Good Pedals and would definitely recommend them - they were delivered right to our driveway and we used them daily. Less than two miles east you can bike to Rosemary Beach for dinner and shopping or head west to The Hub for casual dinners and super cute shops. Paths in both directions so its super easy to safely travel each direction. We highly recommend!!
