PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS
We welcome 1 well trained dog under 40 lbs to stay in this home. If traveling with a pet, please note that a non-refundable pet fee will be added after booking. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. ADDITIONAL PET FEE APPLIES & IS COLLECTED AFTER BOOKING IS MADE.
INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is well appointed and was very comfortable for our group of 6. The fenced backyard was very nice for our small dog. Really liked the golf cart and bikes. The only slight disappointment was the property across the street, which looks in really bad shape

Our family of 5 vacations with another family of 6 every year for the week of Thanksgiving. Most years we have gone to Sanibel/Captiva but this year we decided to try something new and go to Rosemary Beach. The house we stay in was perfect for our gathering. It is a central location between PCB and Destin and the small beach towns in between. It was down a quiet street but close enough to everything. Big bonuses of the house were the golf cart and the bikes that it came with. The only drawback was that we wished the house had a hot tub. We paid the extra to have the pool heated but it's still not the same as having a hot tub. The house was very clean which was a huge plus. We had an issue with the toilets not flushing but maintenance was very quick to respond, coming immediately to fix the problem. Overall, our trip was excellent. We will be back next year!
