This newly-built stunning home is the perfect spot to celebrate the vacation you deserve. La Joya Azul was professionally designed/decorated and includes a 6-Seater Golf Cart, 6 Bikes, a Private Heated Pool, and comfortably sleeps 22 guests! This home is conveniently located just a few minute stroll from the beach access and sits on the coveted East end of 30A which is a short cart ride to Alys & Rosemary Beach for some of the best restaurants and shopping 30a has to offer!
La Joya Azul is a multi-family, luxury vacation home designed for all ages. 6 of the 7 Bedrooms include a King bed, lavish mattress/sheets, and its own ensuite bathroom. It also features Multiple living areas with an open living/cooking/dining floor plan that makes it perfect for entertaining. The top floor is the ideal sanctuary for the kids to enjoy with TV’s, Foosball, and Custom Bunks making for a fun time the kids will never forget!
Feel like taking a break from the beach, then look no further, as the outdoor oasis will make it hard to leave. Take your choice as you can enjoy the private heated pool, tanning on the sun shelf pool loungers, relaxing in the hot tub, grilling out in the chefs outdoor kitchen, or watching the game from the poolside cabana, La Joya Azul has it all. A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for pool and hot tub heat. If you prefer an unheated pool and hot tub, contact us after booking and the fees will be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: Pools cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees. We will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during your stay and refund you if conditions do not allow for this. Pool and Hot Tub heat is not available May 1 - October 1. Jets/Bubblers are still available.

We stayed at this Seacrest Beach home with four families for Thanksgiving and overall had a great experience. The house was spacious, comfortable, and worked really well for a large group. Pool and outdoor are was great for the teens. The layout gave everyone room to spread out, and the location made getting to the beach very easy.We did run into a couple of issues on the first day — the gas hadn’t been connected to the stove, one of the stove knobs wasn’t working and the I’ve maker had not been turned on. The host responded promptly and addressed the issues, but it was a bit inconvenient when we first arrived.Aside from that hiccup, we enjoyed our stay and found the home to be a good fit for our group. With those items resolved, this was an excellent spot for families traveling together.

Great location! It was an easy bike ride to Alys and Rosemary Beach and a very quick walk to the public beach. Our family loved the heated pool and hot tub and the outdoor tv / lounge area. It was nice to have the kitchen, living room, and dining room close to the outdoor table and pool so we could feel like we were all together. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable.

This property was fairly new yet it had numerous things that didn’t work. The dishwasher nearest the refrigerator did not work, the shower handle on one of the showers was falling off, a ceiling light in a first floor room was out, the knob on the stove was broken and the middle burner could not be used, a fan in the upstairs room made a awful noise and could not be used. We had a man come out and he repaired the shower handle but was unable to fix anything else. One of the bikes had a flat tire but they replaced it. The worst thing was during all back and forth communication no one mentioned that you had to go down 5 flights of stairs to the beach and then back up 5 flights. We had 4 adults over the age of 75 and they were not able to use the beach. When I received a photo of the beach access they did not mention the stairs. If they had we would not have rented the house. The write up said the house could support about 17 visitors. The kitchen counter held 2, the dinning table held 8, the living room could only seat 8. So 5 people always had to stand for dinner and we all could not use the open living room. The rooms were acceptable, the pool and outside space were acceptable. We have been renting a beach house for over 8 years and have never had such problems. I firmly believe that the house information needs updating to include the steps to the beach
