EMERALD COAST LUXURY WITH BREATH TAKING GULF VIEWS. This home was designed for comfort and enjoyment of a large group or family. Centrally located near Seagrove, Watersound, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach in the quiet gated community of Pelican Pointe at Camp Creek, you can easily entertain a group in the open concept living area large enough for everyone to gather together. The kitchen includes a large island that seats 8-10, 2 stainless steel refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and a 36'' gas range. Located second row back from the Gulf of Mexico beach with expansive Gulf views, the residence is perfectly designed to be sure your guests will experience the ultimate beach vacation - the exterior features a spacious outdoor area with plenty of seating, a private heated salt water pool and barbecue grill. There is parking for up to six vehicles with no room for RVs or trailers. See the view of the Gulf from four of the spacious bedroom suites. If you just want to sit back and enjoy the view, you will have gorgeous views of the emerald waters of the Gulf from two balconies that run the length of the home. When it's time for a break from the sun, use one of the home's two large entertainment rooms to watch a movie, play a game of pool, foosball, ping pong, or just hang out on one of the home's shaded porch or balconies. When you're ready to escape to the beach, you are 280 steps (three minutes) from beach access to the Gulf's sugar-white sands.

Everything was great! The host responded promptly to all our questions. We were surprised how many baby items were offered. Two cribs, a pack n' play, high chair. The house is very comfortable and it was beautiful!

This property was spacious and had easy access to the beach. Plenty to do for everyone of all ages. House had all the gear and games and kitchen gadgets. We needed to make the trip amazing.

This home is incredible! Beautifully decorated and pleasant interior, excellent kitchen supplies, lovely views, super fun pool, and sooo close to the beach! Plus, it had everything we needed for fun outside or inside-- bikes, beach gear, game room, etc. We can't wait to come back!

We had 18 guests ages 1-65 and NO ONE had a complaint! That is hard to do with 18 people! We had plenty of space in the house and there was so much to do in the house alone - games, and table games. We had a baby with us and there was everything there that we needed. High chairs, cribs, bouncy seat. You can tell this house is setup for all ages. The beach access was very close - about 3-5minute walk. And they have ample beach supplies to use plus carts to tow everything to the beach. The beach itself is beautiful. I wasn't sure what to expect in July as far as crowds go but we had plenty of room on the beach all day long. The owner was very responsive to all of my questions/needs. The view from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies was gorgeous. I would 100% stay here again!
