Private Oasis setting - fully enclosed yard with Private heated pool (heating fee), built in gas grill and large side yard. Allows family to play games, swim, grill dinner and sit around fire pit with no interruptions.
6 King bedrooms with private tiled baths
2 large bunk rooms - each with 4 queens
2 Large game rooms (third floor and ground floor) to keep kids active. Pool Table, foosball, shuffle board and ping pong
Bar on first floor for adults to stock for happy hour
Plenty of outdoor space for lounging around the pool, Multiple lounge chairs and adirondack chairs provided.
Owners provide beach chairs (at least 12) along with other pool/beach toys.
Convenience is paramount! Kitchen fully stocked for large groups along with 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators and large island. Additional oven and refrigerator on first floor leading out to pool.

This house was absolutely perfect for our four families. The rooms were all big and clean with large bathrooms and nice showers. The teenagers loved the first floor game room and the heated pool. The adults loved the second floor kitchen and social area. The location can not be beat. And the Hosts are so easy to work with and respond to any questions so quickly and fully. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Beautiful home in perfect location. Our family of 18 was more than comfortable. 3 fridges and 2 dishwashers were very handy. Overall, perfect. We will be back.

The house is wonderful, plenty of bedrooms with private bathrooms for each. We loved having all of the game tables and had several game nights. The pool was perfect when the beach was too windy. The private beach access was the best, never crowded and just a short walk from the home. The home had everything you could think of for cooking, sleeping, and staying entertained. Plenty of beach chairs, toys, and floats. Our teens enjoyed riding the bikes. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe to run or walk in without the traffic of the main road. The kitchen has every utensil and appliance you might need and more. Having the extra refrigerators was great for keeping drinks cold and having plenty of food for our families. The beds were comfortable and we even saw there were pack n plays for families with small infants or toddlers. We would love to stay again!

This was probably the most relaxing family vacation we have had together. With all of the craziness going on in 2020, we almost cancelled our trip and we are so glad we did not. Sea the View was everything we expected and more. The space was amazing, the beds were so comfortable, the private pool was perfect and the walk to the beach was perfect. We could not have picked a better place to make memories this summer. The private beach was exactly what we needed for our family. The pictures of this home do not do it justice. Simply amazing. Sue- you were wonderful to work with. Especially with al of our concerns. Thank you for your understanding. She was quickly available for all of our needs as well. Thank you for sharing your home with our family! We will be back.
