The property was very nice and what I expected except for one major issue. The photos indicated that the exterior window wall could be opened so that the exterior living area could optionally serve as an open porch. The interior window wall would then need to be closed so humidity does not get into the interior living area. It is obvious that the house was designed this way because the exterior living area has its own HVAC that should be turned off when the area is open to the outside. We were looking forward to spending time in the open air living area at night. However all the latches that opened those exterior window walls were rusted and non functional. When I called to inquire about this I was told "it's the Owner's request that these window walls not be opened" So, we were very disappointed about that. I think you should let people know that fact before they lease. That one feature was the main reason I selected that house. One other small thing....I think all the left over beach toys, rafts, buckets, etc should be thrown away or put somewhere before the next renter comes in. It looked very trashy on the side of the house. Not a huge deal, but didnt give me that 5 star feel. I would rent that house again if you could get the window wall issue resolved. The beds and the bathrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was in a good location to watch family swim while we cooked. Beach service was nice to have, made life easier. We had a great time!
