This beautiful beach home which is located directly on the gorgeous white sands of the Emerald coast also boasts its own private heated "dipping pool," sits on a very private fenced-in lot, and allows you access to your own section of the private beach during your stay, and also provides parking for up to 6 cars!
This private, unique Gulf front home is the perfect layout for multi-family vacations. The bottom floor of the home has a kitchenette, a full bathroom, 3 bedrooms, and a 2nd living area! This is the perfect space to let the kids go hang out, while the adults in your group enjoy the 180-degree breathtaking views of the Gulf from the 2nd floor! There is also access to the fenced-in backyard, the private heated dipping pool, and the boardwalk down to the beach from this level of the home.
Upon entering the 2nd floor of the home, you are greeted by a gorgeous open-concept family room, dining room, and kitchen combo. This entire main level of the home is surrounded by windows, making your eyes instantly drawn to the amazing unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico! The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream! Fully equipped with granite countertops, brand new appliances, and plenty of cabinet space, as well as seating for everyone in your group!! And... can we get back to those views...meals at home have never looked so good!! This family-friendly open layout is perfect for enjoying dinners, or game nights with all of your friends and family in one open space! As you walk up from the main living area to the 3rd floor of the home, you will find the Master suite and two additional guest suites, all 3 boasting King beds, and their own private bathrooms!! The views from the master suite as unbeatable...and can be enjoyed from the King bed, as well as while soaking in the enormous bathtub. Beach access and Gulf views are fabulous! Basement was a little quirky. Staff was quick to communicate for things we needed addressed during our stay.

PROS: The house is BEAUTIFUL! It has plenty of space, and the basement bottom area is perfect for kids. There’s plenty of room for a large family of 15. The kitchen has plenty of appliances to use and pantry space. There’s lots of seating in the living/kitchen area for families to eat and hang out. The location at Seacrest is close to local shops and restaurants. The parking held our 6 cars easily so we didn’t have to use overflow parking anywhere.
CONS: The washing machine would not spin making it an inconvenience to wash towels, etc. We turned this in twice to management and were told it would be fixed but it wasn’t. We just made do. It wasn’t a deal breaker, just annoying. We feel like having another full size refrigerator on the bottom floor would be extremely helpful for large families. The garbage disposal kept unplugging and not working and we would have to plug it back in. Again, not a deal breaker, just an annoyance. There’s LOTS of steps to the beach, BUT anywhere you go in this area has many steps to the beach so it’s inevitable. We were right beside the public beach access so it made our area in front of the house more crowded than some areas of the beach, but it wasn’t terrible.

The house was clean and well stocked. It's bigger than it looks in the pictures. The beds were comfortable. I wasn't familiar with itrip but they were easy to deal with. They have better communication than any company I've rented from at the beach. The back porch was big enough for multiple people to sit. It provides plenty of shade in the hot part of the day, and the view is good. The driveway had plenty of space for 3 vehicles with room to turn your vehicle around. The public beach access next to the house is really busy. We had to get up early to get a good spot on the beach. The guys that set up the umbrella and chairs included with the house don't show up until about 8AM. There are lots of stairs. If you have trouble with stairs that could be a problem.

Overall a wonderful beachfront house that has ample space for two families. Direct access to beach and small heated dip pool were nice features. Lots of stairs and bedrooms downstairs are basic. One master is definitely better than the rest of the rooms. Kitchen, home and beach supplies were scarce. Home has been loved - broken shelf in refrigerator, entry gate broken / half missing, outdoor furniture cushions missing - but with a bit of a refresh and more supplies could be a great, comfortable beach home.
