You can also comfortably walk to (the east) Seacrest and Rosemary Villages where there are several lovely restaurants, coffee shops, cafes and Boutiques. The Sunday Farmer's Market is a must see as are the world-class galleries and shops. The Hub is a short bike ride away to the west.
Enjoy the beach for swimming and soaking up the sun or venture out and go kayaking, stand up paddle boarding and more and make sure to visit our beautiful Dune Lakes. From here it is just a hop, skip, and a jump where the wonders of the gulf come alive.
Park your car in the driveway of this 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 1550 square foot cottage, enter the front door to the kitchen that adjoins the living and dining area and find yourself in a sunny, spacious great room with lots of windows complimented by hardwood floors that add to the welcoming warmth.
There is a large private screened in porch off the living room with plenty of comfy seating to cozy up with a loved one, book, glass of wine or all the above. Just off the is the gas grill ready for your families culinary delights. In the living room you'll find comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV so you and your family or guests can catch up with each other, watch a movie after an active day at the beach or exploring the area. The dining area, adjacent to the living area comfortably seats 6 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen, with its new appliances has a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, and an oven and all small appliances for all your cooking and eating needs. All you need do is add the food and the camaraderie.
There are 3 bedrooms – the master suite has a king bed, a flat screen TV, and en suite bath on the second floor, off the master bedroom is a private deck with 2 chaise lounges and a cafe table with seating for two to enjoy morning coffee. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, TV, ensuite, lots of closet space. The 3rd bedroom has two bunks - two twin beds, two queen beds and lots of windows making it feel light and airy and TV. Let’s start with the check in: got our info after 4 pm. Which was fine we went out to grab a bite to eat. House impressions: needs a lot of updating even though a review said it was remodeled earlier this year or something. Overall clean other than pasta stains from previous stay in the kitchen on cabinets. Bathrooms are old and need to be upgraded. They were clean though. Kitchen is kind of a fail if you plan on cooking. There is no vent above the stove, so the slightest cooking steam or anything of the sort the smoke detector gets set off. There are no spices of any sort if you plan on cooking. Grill was not working but they resolved it with a lighter, so we were able to use it the second day. The washer dryer area has no ventilation so the dryer steams up the whole room. Shed outside has everything you need to go to the beach, you won’t need to bring anything other than some beach towels. There’s none at the house. The A/C broke in the house but they resolved the situation quickly. Within a couple hours of us calling. About the beach access: the access is literally just a “private beach access” but you can’t stay on the beach that you have the private access to. You have to got another block or so to the right to be on the public beach, so might as well go to the public beach access from the get go. At least there’s a wash station at the public beach access. Public beach access is still in walking distance. Bikes were nice to ride over to Alys/ Rosemary beach area.

Location is great! Just a short walk to a beautiful beach! LOTS of beach stuff ( chairs, boogie boards) in the shed. Clean. Great space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Screened porch is great! No complaints! We’d stay here again!

The listing just tells you the beach is just a short walk from property and it was but it did not say how many steps we had to use to go to the beach. We were traveling with a baby and an older person so it made it very difficult to go to and from the beach. We wouldn’t stay in this location again because of the difficulty it was getting to the beach
