The main living area features a large sectional that is the perfect cozy spot to watch some TV or the Gulf waves. There is plenty of dining seating both inside and out. The owner's care and attention to this unit shows with their latest improvements. You'll love the fully stocked kitchen, the beautiful coastal décor ... everything perfectly framed by the stunning Gulf views.
Plus, this condo is situated on a deeded private beach, allowing guests to enjoy seamless beach days without the hassle of access issues or the need to find the perfect spot for their chairs. Please note that this unit is not part of the Seacrest Beach subdivision, ensuring a more tranquil experience. For added convenience, beach chairs and umbrellas are available exclusively through Jakes, making your stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.
Each bedroom has a TV and its own full bathroom. The king master bedroom has more of the incredible Gulf views plus balcony access. The master bath features a jetted tub and separate shower.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Host was very responsive. Check in was easy. Condo was clean and stocked. Only complaint was sometimes keypad would take several tries to work but it wasn’t a huge deal.

Mostly good. The property was fantastic. However, when we asked for more toilet paper they said they were not responsible for that. We paid a luxury price for a luxury place and not enough tp. We had to buy our own.

Overall we were satisfied with our experience. A few things of note: the description states Alys is a 3 min walk. It’s almost a mile away, so not long but certainly longer than 3 minutes. Description also states parking for one car and additional parking across the street. However, the additional parking only includes one car and that is not noted in the description. When I asked for additional information, they really couldn’t tell me anything. That was frustrating, especially since the units were not full, so there was more than enough parking for multiple cars.
We did arrive early and our unit had already been cleaned, so they did let us in about an hour early, which was great customer service.
