About this house rental
Our recently renovated townhome (end unit) is located less than one minute walk from your private beach walkover access. You cannot get closer unless beachfront.A 5-minute bike ride to Alys Beach, 10 minutes to The Big Chill, Seacrest Beach or Rosemary Beach… it is perfectly situated for festivities beyond the beach!The beach is rarely overcrowded even in high season, very quiet part of 30A. We cannot stress this feature enough :). It has beautiful 40-foot high dunes, so do be aware of the steps.~2,000 square feet over two levels. Plus the outdoor lounge areas. Enjoy the top-of-the-line Beautyrest and TempurPedic mattresses throughout, as well as the 600 thread count luxury cotton sheets.3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 6 beds. Each bedroom and the main living area are all outfitted with large-screen Smart TVs. The multi-purpose Sun Room/Community Dining Room also has a fold-out futon for your use, and has privacy doors if wanting to use as an extra bedroom.Each bedroom (except sunroom) has an en-suite connected bathroom and large closetsGreat kitchen with TONS of storage space, all the cooking tools you'd ever need and brand-new appliances.The kitchen table has seating for 4+ and the dining table has seating for 8+.Everywhere!Phone and text anytime.Our gem of a townhome is located less than a 60 second walk from your private beach walkover access. It takes us an average of 55 seconds, share your results with us!A 5-minute bike ride to Alys Beach, 10 minutes by bike to The Hub, Seacrest Beach or Rosemary Beach… it is perfectly situated for festivities beyond the beach!We have three parking spots out front, and the area is very drivable. Parking at Rosemary Beach or the Hub can be challenging... but they are both easy bike rides (or even nice walks!)3 dedicated parking spots available directly in front of the townhome. Wraparound deck with lounge areas throughout. Charcoal grill for your use.

This is the best location in 30a. Right near all the best places without breaking the bank. Walk across the road and be on an incredible private beach. I recommend using Jake’s Beach Service for chairs.

couldn't find sheets for the pullout couch in sunroom and ran low on a few supplies but other than that it was great! would definitely stay there again!

The private beach access across the street was wonderful, we didn’t have to deal with massive crowds at PCB. The property was a good size for our crew of 8, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. The beds were very comfortable, which is very important to me. Although the property is older, it was clean. A couple personal items like a toothbrush were leftover from the last stay and freezer could have used a cleaning. My main complaint was the lack of supplies. We were given 6 beach towels for 8 people. Also, only two trash bags for 4 nights, one roll of paper towels, and cleaning spray was pretty much gone. There was no aluminum foil or Saran Wrap and limited storage containers for food. For the nightly price of the property, I would have expected more supplies. We also saw a couple roaches in one of the bedrooms. Overall, our stay was nice, just recommend the owner provide more supplies to make the experience more enjoyable.
