What an amazing trip! This is the best stocked house we have rented in 30A and we have been renting there for over 12 years. We did not have to buy any supplies. Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, laundry detergent and dish soap…all covered! The location was perfect. Close to everything but still only one row deep on the beach when just 1/2 mile down it was 3-4 rows deep on the beach. 5 bikes were included too…perfect home and week! Would stay here again!

This house was exactly as advertised. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped. Everything worked well, no issues. Communication with the host was very responsive. We loved the private pool (with tv), and being able to walk to/from the beach. Nice beach too! You definitely want to be on the south side of 30A, in my opinion. Can be more expensive, but worth it to be able to walk to the beach. We would consider staying here again!

We loved our stay at this property. The house was perfect for our family and the pool/hot tub was a bonus. The proximity to the private beach and the quiet neighborhood made us glad we chose it! We will be back!

The house seemed very rundown when we arrived. Lots of upkeep needed. Rusty fans, peeling paint, dirty patio furniture, broken doors, rusty bikes. I could go on and on but you get the picture. We won’t be booking this place again.
