Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

The location was couldn't have been better! The house was set up perfect with 5 bedrooms for our family with additional bunk beds.

Great location and not too crowded beach. House was perfect for our family. Lots of room to spread out. The entrance was hard to find considering it was through the garage. Took us awhile our first day finding out how to get in. The AC in the master on the second floor went out on our 5th day and they sent someone out to fix it but it didn’t get fixed. Property manager was easy to get a hold of and they even brought us a hose to help wash off sand when we requested one. Very helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Only wish you could view the beach from the second floor. The dunes are high next to the noise and there are bushes that blocked the view. View from third floor was wonderful however there was no patio furniture there to sit and enjoy the view which I found odd. Great vacation.

The house is set up very well for families, beautiful views, located right on the beach betweeb Rosemarry and Seaside. Lots of bikeable restaurants and shops. Great communication and the water pressure in the showers was amazing! Great stay!

I will start with the pros of this property- the location cannot be beat. If you are looking for easy beach access in a non crowded location this your spot. This is my fourth time staying in the neighborhood and it’s the best kept secret of 30A. It is a big house accommodating large families. The ice maker was great to have and the lower level beverage fridge. Loved outdoor shower. Cons- the lower level French doors from entry and one of the bedrooms were blocked with 24 sandbags making it impossible to use those exits. Only exit was through the garage. We called about this but were told they could not be removed. I would think this is a liability when considering that the exits are blocked in an emergency situation like a fire. This should have been disclosed. I guess there is a flooding problem? The dryer did not work well and towels needed to go through 3 cycles to completely dry and the size of the loads were normal. The shower in the bedroom on second level has a seal problem and leaks water everywhere. We could never figure out how to turn the lights on in living room never locating the switch. The dishwasher was not attached securely and when loaded would tip forward making it dangerous to handle. The wine fridge was not working. The kitchen was not well equipped like described. Only had 2 wineglasses, 6 coffee mugs, the kettle was completely rusted and not usable, no measuring spoons. Pots and pans were rough too. On the upper level primary suite, most of the outlets were not working. After taking cold showers for 2 days we finally discovered that the cold and hot controls were opposite. The hand held shower head had no holder and just draped over the main shower head. The bath tub faucet was loose and easily could come out. Pool was not used by us but did look like it could use a good cleaning. This property could be so amazing if the upkeep was maintained and repairs were made. We enjoyed our time at this location.
