Located on 30A, across the street from the beach in Seacrest Beach, this luxurious beach house has a four-story main house, a carriage house, and an exclusive private pool with a modern outdoor kitchen. Access to the beach is just a short stroll away, but spectacular views can be seen from the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors.
The house’s main area is on the second level. An open-concept kitchen will leave no one feeling out of the vacation banter that always accompanies good times among great friends. There’s ample seating around the breakfast bar, dining area, and living room, with a flat-screen TV. But right outside the glass balcony doors is even more expansive seating for eating, games, or intimate conversations while enjoying the coastal scenery.
But that’s not all! Other guests can dine alfresco on the ample deck space between the main house and carriage residence.
An inviting entryway on the first floor leads to two most unique sleeping arrangements—two guest rooms with two Twin beds over each Queen allows this level to sleep eight or more. One bedroom has a full bath with a tub/shower combo, while the other features a walk-in shower. This level has its own living area, spacious couches, and includes a wet bar, mini-fridge, and microwave, just right for families with young children.
The third floor of the main house has two bedrooms—a Primary King Bedroom with a TV, an oversized tub/shower combo, and dual vanity. The house was amazing for our big group. Lots of living spaces, very clean. Very close to the beach, and there were even beach chairs available for us to use.The only negatives were that there were not enough coffee cups for us to use, and the dishwasher was off the tracks and difficult to use because of this. Both minor things that they can easily fix.

Disappointed in the property in general. Porch furniture was rusted and rotting with stained cushions. TP holder was broken.TV remotes missing batteries, etc. A lack of detail to the amenities considering the price. Won’t rent this place again.
