The home is very well appointed which includes Kohler fixtures, hardwood floors in the great room, kitchen, and bedrooms. There is tile in all the bath's, along with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. You will also enjoy the world famous beaches which are a 100 yard walk, or the neighborhood resort style swimming pool which is just a minute walk away. This 3 bedroom cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests and is the closest home to the beach in the Magnolia Cottages community.

This home is clean, lovely and welcoming. We all felt the beds were very comfortable. We relaxed as we had hoped. The number of steps down to the beach were a surprise but I put that responsibility on myself for not being more familiar with the area. Every step was worth it, though, to be able to sit on a beautiful beach (the umbrellas and chairs are a plus), relax by the water, and see those beautiful sunsets.

The location can’t be beat! The beach access is right across the street. One of the bedrooms does not have an attached bathroom which I was not aware of. The linens and towels were all clean. The house was overall clean but the house is a little worn or beat up in areas so it makes it seem like it’s not as clean. This is an easy fix as some areas could stand to be touched up with paint. Also, the house is small and seems cramped because of all the unnecessary decor around. For example, there is a small trunk in the master bedroom that serves no purpose but it is covered in decor. We were limited to where we could put the suitcase and it would have been nice if that trunk was not there or at the very least had nothing on top of it so maybe you could place some personal items on it. The house is great as far as location goes and will meet your basic needs.

My mistake was not booking Gulf Front. I needed to be able to see the water and beach from my balcony. But if you don't mind staying acrid the road, down 52 vertical steps
