This 3bedroom/3 bathroom townhouse features a master bedroom with a King bed, bathroom and second story balcony. The other upstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds and a bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and opens to the downstairs bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, wet bar with ice machine , open and warm living area with a sleeper sofa and dining area. I cannot express how pleased we were with this property. We have been renting houses in Florida for 12 years and this was our favorite. The property is better than the pictures. Location is perfect. Very close to beach and other attractions. We loved sitting on the screened in back porch in the afternoons and listening to the waves of the Gulf. The owner was very courtesy and the property was extremely clean and cool upon our arrival. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this property or our stay. We intend to book this property every time we come to PCB in the future.

We had an absolute blast. This place was perfect! Very short walk through parking lot and down the steps to the white sand beach.
Michelle was very communicative and responsive, both proactively and with questions I had about the property.
The property had everything we could need, was very clean, and in a great location.
Would stay here again in a hearbeat.

The place was perfect. We it is just a few steps away from the beach. We could see the water from our balcony. The outdoor porch and shower were great for storing our beach items.
