La ubicación está bien, nos manejamos siempre a pie, desde la estación de tren e incluso el centro. El apartamento está bien equipado, super calentitos, ambas habitaciones re contra cómodas, y espaciosas, camas muy cómodas, la verdad impecable!! y las golosinas de regalo al llegar, es un lindo detalle.

El baño no tiene ventana, entiendo que es porque justo da a un pasillo, pero es un poco raro, y no tiene espejo, solo uno portatil. Aun que realmente no es un problema. Y también, nos dejaron solo cápsulas para UN solo café, cuando eramos dos personas y nos quedabamos dos noches, y realmente son detalles que marcan la diferencia, en especial el café, mas que la ventana. Pero más allá de eso, volveríamos a elegir hospedarnos allí porque nos sentimos muy a gusto, muy cómodos para dormir, ducharnos, cocinar, etc!!

The property was a nightmare to locate. We arrived and were lost in the Jewellery Quarter for 40 minutes trying to find the property. The photos provided on booking.com aren’t helpful. I contacted the booking.com owner details 4 times. Ringing and leaving voicemails. It was becoming stressful. After finally ringing me back, the owner couldn’t just share the property address over the phone. I was sent a circle on the map of where the property could be found and had to still figure it out. I understand the property address is private but the owner could at least contact customers directly with the full address and directions with time before their check in. The beds are not comfortable, they are extremely springy and the bedding is bobbing. I think new mattresses and bedding is needed.

Great location , good value for money

Some parts of property weren’t the cleanest, but nothing that made the stay uncomfortable!

The shower was hot and had decent pressure. I found the double bed to be quite comfortable and the bedding was warm enough. Although the property was a little further from the city centre than I realised, it is close to a Tesco Express and several takeaways/eating establishments (couple of minutes walk) so there is plenty nearby.

I'm not convinced the property had been cleaned before our stay as there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the carpets could have done with a good hoover. The sofa bed was not quite big enough for my teenage son so would not really be suitable for an average adult. Also there was no sheet provided for the sofa bed as mentioned in the instructions and there were only a couple of small blankets. The twin beds and their duvets seemed small. There was not much in the way of kitchen equipment which was fine for us for one night but if you were planning to cook a meal, I think you would struggle. Also, the information given when booking implied the property was about 15 mins walk from the city centre. It actually took us more like half an hour which is something to bear in mind if you are carrying a heavy bag as we were. We got an Uber back to New Street the next day which was quick and easy.
