Its great if you don't care about construction noise too much

The apartment is huge and luxurious. On our arrival all furnishing looked brand new and clean. Large balcony to enjoy the panoramic view. Beds are large and comfortable. Considering general Sarande traffic, the street parking situation is quite good. Bedrooms have full blinds to block daylight. Suitable for a longer stay.

There are minor shortcomings like blown light bulbs, lack of night lights, clogged shower drain, lack of kitchen items like pots or frying pans. But all that paled in comparison to construction noise outside. There is one construction site in front of the building, another next to the building and a third one few buildings further along the street. During our stay they all were in a stage of preparing the ground for construction which in south Albania means smashing rocks. All day long from 7 am till it gets dark including Saturday and Sunday - constant stone thumping noise. If the machinery in front stops for a break, the other one in another construction site covers up for it. So no sitting in the balcony and chilling unless you are deaf. And since this is the beginning of construction, this will continue with varying levels of noise for another 2-3 years.

Amazing stay

We had a perfect stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. The view was absolutely beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better — everything we needed was within walking distance: shops, restaurants, and the beach. There were no problems at all, and the host was truly exceptional — very kind, helpful, and welcoming. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we’d love to come back someday!

דירה מאד מרווחת בקומה החמישית עם נוף מהמם לים, מעקה המרפסת מעט נמוך מה שמרגיש מסוכן לילדים, יש מעלית. יש מכונת כביסה חדשה ונוחה.

המיקום קצת מרוחק מאיזור הטיילת המיטות לא הכי נוחות ביקשנו מדניאל להישאר עד 11:00 בצ׳ק אווט ולא עד 10:00 ולמרות שלא היו אורחים אחרים לטענתו הוא עדיין סרב 🤷🏼‍♀️

Un appartement confortable dans un quartier franchement malfamé !

L’appartement est parfait et propose une vue magnifique sur la baie de Sanrada sans malheureusement échapper à la vue des immeubles immondes de la ville…

Il n’y avait plus de places sur le parking de l’établissement. Nous nous sommes donc garés dans la rue et avons récupéré notre voiture rayée de partout le lendemain. Le pire dans cette situation est le manque d’empathie du personnel qui, au lieu de prendre acte et de s’excuser nous envoie un message nous demandant pourquoi on s’est garés dans la rue !!! Ben la réponse est simple : parce qu’il n’y avait plus place devant chez lui !!!

Heel fijn en comfortabel. Locatie was geweldig.

Ruim opgezet appartement, de kinderen hadden hun eigenkamer wat wel zo fijn is en er was lift beschikbaar in het gebouw, dat is ook altijd zo fijn.

De douch gordijnen, verder kan ik niets anders bedenken.

Sehr komfortabel . Alles was man so benötigt.

Fernseher ging leider nicht, war aber nicht so schlimm, da wir ja im Urlaub sind.
