Excellent apartment in an excellent location

An apartment in perfect condition, clean, new and modern. Large balcony with beautiful view of the sea. Excellent location in a quiet area with a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. If you want to broaden your horizons, it is only a pleasant 10–15-minute walk to the city centre, the port and the promenade. The building is not beautiful on the outside but once you take the elevator to the floor where the apartments are located, everything is perfect. There is access to a laundry room, and a very charming woman is happy to help you with the laundry. She is also responsible for the excellent cleaning. Towels and bed linen are changed regularly. You enter the well equipped kitchen area directly. We think that entering the kitchen area first is an advantage as it mean that the room with the bed etc. is further away from the corridor with the other apartments. Nice, spacious and modern bathroom with a good shower. The bed was very comfortable and there was good space for storing clothes. The host is extremely helpful and always reachable on WhatsApp where you get quick answers to all questions. We highly recommend Saranda Luxury Appartments, a perfect place to stay in Saranda.

Quiet Comfort With a Lovely View

The suite was comfortable with good kitchen facilities and a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. Unfortunately it was so hot outside we didn’t get too much use of the balcony but we enjoyed the view. The staff was helpful and professional. It was an enjoyable stay and while the location was a bit out of the center we enjoyed the walk and it was quiet at night. Kitchenette had necessities.

WiFi was a little slow. Hot water could be a little scarce certain times of day but most of the time warm enough.

A wonderful place to stay

We stayed for five days, and everything was absolutely wonderful. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless and beautifully designed. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sarande!

I would higly recommend it.

It was very clean, there was a lot of room, the people were the nicest (especially the guy who was helping us, he did his work very well), the balcony was amazing, shower was good.

Personally i wasn’t the biggest fan of the bed, but my friend didn’t mind it. So its just what you prefer! The only thing what we missed, was a sitting area inside. There was a lovely table outside, but not a place where you can sit together inside. At last, it can be a bit busy/loud outside, this isn’t the problem of the appartement or its owner at all.

Great stay in a quieter part of Sarande

Huge space, very clean and comfortable. Good size kitchen and modern bathroom. Sea views and walking distance away from mulitple private beaches. A 10 minute walk to the ferry terminal, Sarande public beach and the "centre" of Sarande. Good air conditioning so the room was able to be kept cold, and a bug screen on the door so you can have a breeze flowing through. Small washing line on the deck.

The staff were all lovely, but would have been helpful to have a bit more information further in advance prior to the stay (especially because it can be a bit confusing to find). Also was difficult to get hot water in the shower. Otherwise a perfect place to stay!

The apartment is in an old building, but once you enter the property, you see the huge space with brand new stuff and with everything that you need for your vacays. You cannot miss the huuuuge balcony from which you can enjoy mornings and evenings with beautiful view on Corfu, Apollon beach and the open sea :) It is in a great location and intended for everyone who wants peace and a little fun during the day. There are beautiful beaches down the hill, one with a little louder music and more people and one with a calmer vibe (2 sunbeds are 10-15 eur). Across the street is also a market, rent a car, restaurants etc so you will not be hungry at all. Mr. Armando is very attentive and always available for everything you need :) it’s about a 30-min sloooooow walk to the city center which was OK for me to be a little far from the crowded areas :) i would for sure recommend this apartment to anyone who visit Saranda. Everyone was so kind and nice :)

Beautiful apartment in great location

What an amazing apartment in Saranda! Beautifully decorated, spacious and extremely clean. Had an amazing view from the balcony and enjoyed the kitchen and laundry facilities. Great location that’s close to the beaches and the port, and a short walk to the boulevard with lots of bars and restaurants. Very good value and highly recommend staying here.

It was hard to find when you first arrive and would be great to receive some more detailed arrival instructions in advance of getting there.

Stunning view

Phenomenal! These apartments must be brand new because the facility inside were brilliant. Fully functioning kitchen, large bathroom and shower, the bed was comfortable and the view was amazing. You could sit up there all day with that view. It’s a little further out of the city centre than other places but they can not compete on the price, size and view of the property. The distance to centre is still easily within walking time

a nice clean modern apartment for your stay in Sarande

it was so comfortable and clean. the balcony view over the water is great. spacious and plenty of wardrobe storage. the kitchen is new.

while the kitchen was new and beautiful a couple of small things could of made the stay easier - dishwashing liquid, cooking oil and a dedicated kitchen tea towel would of been great. the bathroom fan while loud, doesn’t really do anything so I had to leave that on all day to take away the steam from the room. minor things.

The apartment is newly updated and it is exactly like the pictures. The mattress was very good and the size of the apartment perfect. The bathroom is ample and the apartment itself has all the amenities: cook, microwave, fridge, TV, good Internet, etc. Also has a balcony facing the sea so the views are nice. It is located in a quiet area about 8 min walking from the promenade.

The property was very nice and clean. The host was great with communicating. The cleaning lady was also super lovely and helpful whenever anything was needed. Our parking space was looked after by the cafe owner who was very attentive.

There could be some more cooking utensils (e.g wooden spoon).

Very pleasant holiday

Very close to the beach with food shop , cofee shop and markets all arround. The apartment was clean and the towels were changed at 2 days. Nice view from terace.Armando offer us all information needed, it’s a very good host.

Very clean, comfortable stay with a stunning view.

The balcony has a beautiful view and there is a beach right by the apartment. The apartment was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful too. It’s relatively close to the centre of Sarande. About a 15 minute walk or you can get a taxi. The taxi cost 1000 lek (about £7).

We had a few issues connecting to the wifi but the owner did mention there had been issues with the provider. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property. Everything was great.

Owner met us personally and provided keys. Very nice and attentive man. We were the very first guests in this apartment, so it was really almost no kitchen appliances, but Armando said that whatever we need he will deliver next morning. And oh boy he did deliver. Basically, all our requests were covered and we got a bag of peaches and cherries as a bonus :D Apartment itself is good. View is amazing, it has elevator, close to the beach. Good supermarket is literally across the road + other supermarkets not far away. Good restaurants nearby as well. Highly recommend this apartment 👍 Washing machines are not in apartment, but it's on the same floor, next room to the apartment. They are shared but it wasn't an issue for us

Ottimo in tutto.

Struttura dall esterno discutibile, ma una volta saliti su sembrava di stare in un altro mondo.. tutto accurato nei minimi dettagli. L appartamento era magnifico.. la signora che si occupava delle pulizie è una persona magnifica e super disponibile, c’è anche una lavanderia in caso uno necessita e basta semplicemente lasciare le cose alla signora e fa tutto lei, lava e asciuga in asciugatrice. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è straordinario. Che dire in più.. la prossima volta già so dove alloggiare. Lo consiglio sotto ogni aspettativa. La posizione è il top.. con lidi attrezzati anche a due passi..

struttura pulita e accogliente, con cucina essenziale ma con tutto ciò che serve (posate, pentole, piatti, bicchieri, tazze, piccoli elettrodomestici). bellissima la vista dal balcone. parcheggio riservato in garage.

tende semi-oscuranti, c’era bisogno di maggiore copertura dalla luce. doccino non funzionante. tenda doccia da sostituire.

Wyglądał znacznie lepiej niż na zdjęciach, Stosunek jakości do ceny oceniam na bardzo dobry. Mimo późnego zameldowania właściciel potraktował nas wyjątkowo dobrze. Odebrano nas o 3 w nocy z dworca autobusowego. Gdybyśmy nie byli biednymi studentami zostawilibyśmy nawet napiwek :((

La pulizia e l'eleganza dell'appartamento. Due confortevoli camere da letto. L'incantevole vista mare. L'attenzione mostrata dall'host, nella persona del Sig. Armando, nel garantire un soggiorno piacevole anche con utili consigli. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
