Ina was the perfect host! The apartment is new and modern and had every possible facility we could have wanted barring a pool. Beds were comfortable and local beach was great! The local area is so nice to walk around and the beach was fab.

There isn't daily room service as you have you own flat so to speak. You need to travel to go out and explore not a huge array of tour companies we found one which suited our needs but it was pricey for 2 people.

Excellent

The owner is pleasant and openly communicative. The apartment is ideal and situated in an ideal district of Sarande. There are two different air conditioners in each bedroom. Large kitchen and sea view terasse are also present. The restaurant's breakfast includes coffee and is excellent

Short Stay in Sarandë

The new, modern unit has a large balcony and a partial sea view. The host was amiable and accommodating with check-in and check-out. The building is close to supermarkets, restaurants, and the main ferry port.

The kitchen is small in comparison to the rest of the apartment. There was no salt, pepper, tea, or coffee - these items are crucial for booking apartments. The Wi-Fi had the slowest speeds I have ever experienced at an accommodation. The shower did not have a shower curtain, so the bathroom became soaking wet from a quick shower. The brand-new mattress is placed on a poor-quality bed frame that creates an even bed that is uncomfortable. Easy fixes will make this place a 10/10 in the future.

Best apparts and host ever

We found this apartment enough occupied with all nessesary things for a long stay and cooking. Private parking is great to have because streets are not wide and full of cars. See view and terrace is absolutely perfect. Ina and Mateo are ideal hosts I've ever met. My daughter caught a virus, and Mateo and Ina delivered us to a Hospital, all communications with doctor and nurses were fully covered. That was fantastic support, because in hospital nobody talks English. Absolutely recommended to visit Saranda and stay in this apartment. Building is new and modern. This flat is 20 minutes walk from the touristic center and it is calm around. There are two supermarkets nearby and perfect beach 5 minutes from apartment. Be sure, it is one of the best apparts for your stay.

The apartment is brand new in a quiet neighborhood. The terrace is enormous, like a backyard. There is a parking space in a garage. The wi-fi is perfect. Ina is a great host.

Only 5 minutes from nearest beach and closest supermarket. Communication with the owner was very easy. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Everything was amazing.

Kontakt z gospodarzem obiektu był idealny. Pani Ina jest gospodynią którą naprawdę warto polecić. Najdrobniejszy problem rozwiązuje od razu. Dzięki temu pobyt był naprawdę miły i przyjemny. Gorąco polecam , na tej Pani na pewno nikt się nie zawiedzie . Pozdrawiamy serdecznie . Rodzina z Polski

Ina war super nett, Unterkunft im ersten OG sehr schön und sauber, sehr gute lage, 10 - 15 min. bis zum Strand. Sehr großes Parkplatz im Untergeschoss. Alles sehr empfehlenswert.

Con poco si potrebbe migliorare molto

La proprietaria Ina molto gentile e disponibile. Sicuramente il punto forte dell'appartamento è la terrazza enorme, comoda per i pasti e soprattutto per stendere le cose dopo la giornata al mare. Appartamento spazioso, dotato di lavatrice, macchinetta caffè, bollitore, tostapane, clima, ecc.. Posizione comoda, vicino a vari ristorantini, in 20 minuti sei sul lungomare. Parcheggio gratuito al coperto.

Ad ogni doccia il bagno era allagato perchè si è scelto di mettere una walk-in in uno spazio minuscolo, basterebbe una tenda anche se sarebbe meglio chiudere la doccia con un box. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi ma i mobili sono disposti in maniera molto scomoda e fanno perdere molto spazio, quindi risulta difficile muoversi. Una delle tapparelle nel salotto era rotta, lo abbiamo segnalato ma nessuno è venuto a sistemarla. I due clima non sono sufficienti per raffreddare l'intero spazio (ne manca uno nella zona giorno che farebbe molta differenza).

Ottima struttura.

Ottimo appartamento, pulito, accogliente, cortesia dell'Host. 2 belle camere da letto un bel soggiorno con angolo cottura. Mancava qualche accessorio per la cucina ed una pentola più grande per la pasta, ma per l'uso che ne abbiamo fatto andava bene così. Sicuramente consigliato

La vista mare è parziale, ma comunque si riesce a vedere.
