Mieszkanie dosyć nowe , w fajnym budynku , blisko plaży 15 min od promenady. Klimatyzacja ok , pralka :)
Bardzo słabe wyposażenie , zniszczona patelnia , jeden garnek ,,duży,, , brak płaskich małych talerzy , jedna zniszczona deska do krojenia , prysznic bez żadnej szyby przy kąpieli powódź w łazience , brak wieszaków na ręczniki w łazience , takie małe rzeczy a ułatwiły by wygodę w mieszkaniu , przydały by się Lamki nocne w pokojach , w salonie nie działający kontakt przy łóżku , brak parkingu to było uwzględnione lecz jest to też utrudniające jak jest się autem a Saranda jest bardzo zatłoczona . Widać że mieszkanie ma nie dociągnięcia :) fajnie też gdyby były jakieś worki na śmieci , ręcznik kuchenny :)
