Avoid This Hotel Unless You Enjoy Daily Payment Scrutiny

The location was great.

The service regarding payment was nothing short of a masterclass in mismanagement. After requesting a substantial cash payment due to a broken machine, the staff's daily pursuit of the funds—even after paying—was truly admirable. Being forced to publicly prove my transaction in the lobby, with my family, due to their non-existent record system was an unforgettable moment of profound humiliation. The fact that they almost repeated this circus the very next day shows a level of organizational consistency that is almost frightening. Steer clear if you prefer basic operational sanity. I don't even wanna talk about views absolutely nothing apart from other hotel/apartment and houses.

Great place & location!

Great location. Clean. Added bonus was a washer as we were at a point in our trip that we needed to do laundry & thought that we would have to locate a laundry mat. Plus was breakfast included at the “sister” hotel across the street.

Friendly staff, lovely beach

This property was perfect for our 4 night stay and it was great to have the kitchen and utilities. The apartments are right next to Dream Hotel and I know some others said it was hard to find but we just went to the dream hotel reception which is a connected business and they were super helpful (especially the two managers) and even gave us welcoming drinks! The location is perfectly situated next to a private beach, if you use the central beds from the Erius bar then the beds are free, the ones on the left (part of Apollon) charge. It’s also a quick flat walk to the port and a 10min walk to the main plaza of Sarande with lots of bars and restaurants overlooking the seafront. You can get a bus from near the port to Ksamil for 150 lek each way which we recommend. We loved our stay, thanks!

It is worth the money. Clean, comfortable, and not far from the center. Parking and breakfast are included. I would choose it again.

Everything was perfect! The facilities in the hotel, the beach and the reserved spots that came with it thanks to the hotel! And most importantly, the staff and the manager that were super nice and available at all time during the stay! Highly recommended anytime you plan to visit Saranda!

Better than expected!

We arrived in the morning but anyway they already let us in the room which was already cleaned. The staff was super friendly and tried to help us with everything. The day we left we could store our luggage at the reception and use the hotels beach the whole day for free.

Our perfect stay at Saranda

Mariol, our host, was very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much to ask and he was always busy making our stay perfect. The beach was also very nice, with a bar with good food and nice cocktails.

Everything is phenomenal, recommended!

Mario offered a great way to feel welcome in Saranda. Its a pretty apartment with a view of the sea and the extraordinary big balcony , which makes it special. The restaurant below is also very tasty and offers u traditional food. Mario answered always super quick and we had a great stay. We do recommend staying at this little luxury place. We will definitely come again on the next trip to Albania :)

Highly recommended, we could definitely stay here again!

We stayed five nights in the brand new suite. It was nice and clean with a beautiful large balcony! The balcony is very cosy with lots of flowers and a sitting area which we enjoyed. The location is great, it is quiet and with in a short walking distance to town. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast down at the beach each morning being greeted by the super friendly hosts and staff:)

Some more hocks on the walls and hangers for clothes would have been nice.

We liked everything about the apartment . There was a lot of free space, modern furniture and very comfortable beds. There were two air conditioners that made the apartment completed. The staff were very nice and friendly.

We stayed at the apartment during July '23.The apartment is new, modern and at good location. It's three minutes walk to the beach. At the beach there is Coctail Dreams, restaurant & bar. Breakfast and sun beds are included in the price. The staff at the restaurant are very friendly and professional. I do recommend Luxury Dream Apartments.

Luxury appartments and very clean. Second time coming at Dreams Apartment and has been great experience and feels like home. Great service and customer care. The host and the staff have a good comunications and are very welcoming. Good breakfast served at the restaurant near the beach with a great view. Free umbrela with chairs, for couples if there is availability they offer large sun beds. Highly recomanded for each tourist that comes in Saranda. Near the beach and city center.

Pleasant

The location is good, only a few minutes walk away from the beach. The place was clean, modern, and seemingly new.

I wasn't given any instructions on how to check in, where the reception desk is, etc. Because it's an apartment I messaged the day before to ask, and they said to let them know when I'm at the port and they would be at reception. When I arrived I couldn't find the place because there is no sign anywhere, and I thought my maps were bringing me to the wrong place. After 45 minutes of wandering and asking other businesses for help to no avail, I realized it's through the back of another buildings' parking lot. It does not look at all how you would expect. Nothing was explained to me about breakfast and I had to ask, nor was it explained that the hotel that is in the pictures and where the breakfast is served is actually quite a ways away down the hill and you have to awkwardly walk through another hotel's beach or go all the way around. The pictures of the beach area and nice terrace are from another hotel they are affiliated with, not this one. I assumed I could pay in card (yes many businesses don't take card I realize that) but they said they only took cash which I found odd for a "luxury" apartment/hotel when others I stayed at in the area did. The wifi was extremely poor and could barely get signal unless right beside the door. The kitchen had inadequate utensils, no coffee or tea, just the bare bones. The kitchen sink didn't work and I had to wash my dishes in the bathroom sink. No quilt was given for the bed, only thin sheets. Check-out was 10am which seems excessively early. I'm not usually one to leave lengthy bad reviews but I was disappointed, and I stayed at lovely places in Sarande afterwards that were even cheaper.

We were very well received. Apartment with a lot of quality, modern style, good furniture and close to the beach. With the reservation at the ApartHotel we have access to the private beach and to the restaurant where meals are served. There is also another restaurant and mini market right below the accommodation. We enjoyed it so much, we would book again!
