Great space and views in a new building.

Due to a booking error on the host's side, we stayed in both the 1 and 2-bedroom units. The space in both units was nice, though the 2-bedroom is much more spacious. The one-bedroom was on the ground level. The 2-bedroom was on floor 2 and had 2 nice-sized balconies, and great views of the pool below and of the sea. We visited in December, and there were next to no restaurants open in the area. In the summer, it should have many options available! If the units are cleaned properly, these will be fantastic options for people to rent!

Both units were extremely dirty. We spent 1.5 hours cleaning the 1-bedroom unit and then 2.5 hours cleaning the 2-bedroom unit, even though we only stayed 1 night in each.

Value stay, good location

The property was well located, 10 mins walking to the promenade. The rooms and bathrooms were nice and big and the pool was decent addition. The owner was proactive in communication. The air conditioning was decent and specially the view from the 2Bed apartment balcony was amazing.

The apartment lacked some basic stuff which you expect. No washing liquid, or body wash. 2 small shampoo bottles were given for a 2 bed apartment for 3 days. The bathroom had a very repelling smell, when we entered. Had to provide the payment in cash

Relax assicurato

La struttura è in posizione centralissima, con supermercati e negozi vicini, l'appartamento era molto grande, pulito e ben accessoriato. La piscina è più grande di quanto non sembri in foto, sempre pulita e con tanti lettini. Il gestore al nostro arrivo ci ha portato della frutta come benvenuto, è stato un gesto davvero gentile!

Sarebbe forse necessaria una maggiore pulizia nei corridoi che portano agli appartamenti

Fantastisch

Heel dichtbij mooi strand (kiezelstrand). 2 Bedjes met parasols maar €15,- Mooie ruime accommodatie Fantastisch uitzicht Goede airconditioning Mooie badkamers Lekkere bedden. Alles schoon en netjes. Makkelijke communicatie met de eigenaresse Dichtbij restaurantjes. Centrum/haven op 20 minuten lopen.

Niet opnieuw naar deze accomodatie!

De plek is goed middenin het drukke Sarande. Aanwezigheid van een wasmachine.

Het was absoluut niet schoon. Van haren in de badkamer tot kruimels op de vloer. Er was ook geen sfeer en de uitrusting in de keuken was zeer beperkt. Slaapbank is voor 1 persoon. Je kunt hier dus niet met z’n vieren verblijven zoals beschreven.

Prima locatie en accommodatie.

Veel ruimte en het was erg schoon

Jammer dat het zwembad niet open was en dat de de bank geen slaapbank was. Voor een kind prima om te slapen, maar niet als volwassene. De eethoek is niet geschikt voor 5 personen. Het balkon ook niet. De host was zeer snel in communicatie.
