Great Stay with Stunning Sea View

We stayed 3 nights at Zero Zero Apartments in Saranda with our two 7-year-old children, and we had a wonderful experience. This is a family-run business with apartments and a beachside restaurant, where breakfast was served each morning. The apartment itself is located right on the beach, offering an incredible sea view and a well-equipped kitchen. The property has its own private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas available for rent (€10 per day). We didn’t use it, since the sea there is quite deep right from the shore, but we enjoyed swimming at nearby beaches instead. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming, always ready to help—whether it was calling a taxi, offering advice, or even treating us to a drink. We truly felt comfortable and well taken care of during our stay. The location is very convenient: directly on the beach, about a 20-minute walk from the center of Saranda and the lively seafront promenade, and only 15 minutes from the port with ferries to Greece and other destinations. Overall, we had a really lovely time here and can warmly recommend Zero Zero Apartments to other travelers.

Peace and quiet

Pro: -the complex is wonderful for a relaxing sea vacation; -the staff was helpfull; -the apartment has everything you need and a great view.

Con: -beach water is filled with stones that makes it difficult to stay; -no toiletries refill during our stay (7 nights); -breakfast was so so and unchanged.

Relaxing in Sarande

Very well maintained, comfortable,beach side hotel in a fabulous location.Staff were friendly and obliging.Ideal for couples or families who want a quiet vacation in the sunshine.Also just a short walk to the harbour and nightlife.

Only one down side to hotel was that the bar staff would play Albanian House music too loud some days,more suited to a nightclub than a relaxing afternoon on the beach.This issue was addressed and the music and volume improved during the week which gave the beach a more relaxed atmosphere 👍

A wonderful stay with beautiful views, friendly staff, and great value for money.

The stay was just a 19-minute walk from the bus station after arriving in Sarande from Tirana. The property offers a stunning view and easy access to a private beach with affordable sunbeds (€5), making it perfect for relaxing. It’s only a 15-minute walk to Sarande city center and the main beach, with plenty of food options nearby. Renting a scooter or bike makes getting around even easier. The staff were very polite and friendly. Highly recommended for its value for money!

The hotel can be recommended absolutely.

The hotel is located in front of the Sea. Parking is free in a parking area directly aside.Breakfast was good and included in the room price. It was continetal with eggs,sussages, cheese, jam,white bread,coffee fruits and juices. Restaurant in front of the hotel with view of directly of th sea was really nice. A lot of other restaurants, bars , supermarkets and farmacia are nearby.The beautiful Beach Boulevard with a lot of reataurants is 1,5 km by foot. Alltogether,location,appartment with two balconys , one of it with view of the sea, price and breakfast can be recommended absolutely

Shower bath could be bigger,or shower curtain a little bit longer. Television is available.W#LAN too.For free tv and foreigners it would be good to ensure the transmission of Youtube to get information and news fom other countries. A really nice beach is Laguna Beach, 6..7 km behind Ksamil to the South . Only two nice restaurants and without any buildings around

Really nice property, very near to beach. You can start your day by dipping to sea early morning. Good breakfast. Luiz has been exceptional. He upgraded us to 1 bedroom flat just for 5 euros/night which was very cheap. Then we had sea view flat which was amazing. Own parking is additional gem. Definitely recommend

Perfect place for a longer stay

The owner and his staff helped me a lot to giving me a ride to a bike Shop, where I could buy stuff to repairs my bike. Nice privat beach 100 m away from the room. Good bar.with good food and drinks. Present people. Walking distance from town Corso. Perfect place for a longer stay.

Amazing stay

The room is comfortable, big bathroom and daily cleaning. Breakfast buffet service is various and good. Staff is really friendly and professional. Many thanks to the Owner Lui and Klaudio the waiter, both made our stay nicer.

Where it all starts!

The owner Lui is fantastic. He solved whatever we needed in seconds, and was always available to help. Claudio, one of the leading staff in the restaurant, was also always helpful (and even taught us some nice Albanian words :D). Great people in a great place

Minor things could be improved such as one strange green light in the ceiling, that didn't bother much but could be turned off.

Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect. The hotel room was clean and spacious with a large terrace. The hotel is next to the beach, they have private beach so you don't have to pay for the sunbed and umbrella. The food was very tasty. If you like the seafood, you must try the fried mix with french fries. The stuff was very friendly and helpful, especially Claudiu. They treated us like we were friends, not just tourists.

My friend and I spent 7 days at zero zero. Appartments. We arrived earlier than expected, so the owner gave us a room to relax and free breakfast until our room was ready. The room was a bit small. However, the bed was comfortable, and the view from our balcony was amazing. Everything was clean and neat. We had access to a private beach with loungechairs included.The location was perfect, just 10-15 walk to the boulevard, shops, exchange office, supermarket, and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpfull especially our new friend Klaudio he did an amazing job!

The breakfast was simple, with limited options and every day the same. Would have liked some variation and more options. for example, pancakes, oatmeal,beans, etc. The lunch menu was also limited for non meat eaters like my friend. The restaurant closed at 6 pm so it was not possible to eat there after 6 pm.

not sure i would return

decent value for ocean front but our view actually looked over a construction site along with side view of the ocean. They attempted to originally give us an even worse view first time. The unit was very clean. The cleaning ladies were super sweet. AC worked great!!

Horrible traffic to and from the property. it takes forever just to get thru the swarms of double parked cars in the neighborhood. We dreaded going out. Kitchen could use some more utensils. No can opener, no spatula, only 1 pan and 1 pot. The music playing each day on the beach was just Albanian rap music- horrible! Also the place next door starts playing instrumental music at 7:30am for their breakfast- so bring ear plugs. water pressure is iffy in the shower.

The location was quiet with a private beach . Breakfast was so fresh and yummy. The owner was very friendly and treated us like their friends. Our stay in this apartment was awesome. My wife and kids really wanted to extend our stay in this apartment for one more week but I couldn't make it this time. For sure we will come to this place again for our next vacation. The rooms are spacious and clean. The property is very very close to the private beach, on the beachfront. You can find free sun beds at any time of the day on the beach. The area is very quite, the is no loud music or anything to disturb you. The free parking is a real asset. There are supermarkets and restaurants close to the location. Lui, the owner is super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back next year!!!

Breakfest was uniform but also tasteful, specially cherry jam. Music on the beach was just Albanian and monotonous for strangers - it could be mix of Albanian and English and American pop and rock hits.

The view was outstanding. The nice personnel and the owner who assured us a great vacancy. Nice talking to them, great food especially for the kids. If you have a demand they do it for you. The apartment was big enough for the four of us, the laundry was well and also the beds were perfect. We will definitely be back next year and maybe we will stay longer than 10 days. I will recommend the zero zero especially Lui, the owner. Great great one.
