The place was very clean, with a wonderful view and located in a very quiet area. The hosts were kind and always available for any questions. Comfortable bed, air conditioning, and everything working perfectly. I would gladly come back again!

Close to beach, only 15 mins walk from ferry and 20 mins walk from the promenade. There are restaurants and shops nearby. Great location

Pictures does not match reality, only matching picture from our apartment was wall painting. Just old run down apartment, no sea view what so ever. Only reason stayed there becouse arrived late at night after long drive.. Not recommended just becouse nothing like advertised.

המארחת מקסימה כל מה שביקשנו רצינו קיבלנו. מאוד מאוד נחמדה והיה נקי המיקום צמוד לי חמוד אבל 30 דקות הליכה מהטיילת

כל השאר. המקום ישן מרוב שהוא ישן נירא מלוכלך המכונות כביסה זוועה השולחן בחוץ זכוכית שבורה נחתכתי פעמיים המקלחות ללא שום הגנה כל המים. בכל המקלחת בקיצור באמת באמת טוען שיפור מאוד משמעותי

grosse Wohnung mit Balkonen auf 3 Seiten, viel Platz und alles Wesentliche war vorhanden

Die Ausstattung war wesentlich älter und abgewohnter als auf den Bildern dargestellt. Klima gabs nur in einem Teil der Wohnung bzw. den Zimmern, man hat beim Herd gleich mal die Schalter in der Hand, 2 Herdplatten funktionierten gar nicht; die Zimmertüren klemmten, eine Türklinke gleich mal abgefallen, die Matratzen waren z. T. so durchgelegen, dass man beim draufsetzen fast am Boden anstand; am Balkon brach bei einem der Stühle einfach plötzlich ein Bein weg; im Badezimmer Schimmel an der Decke und keinerlei Abtrennung der Dusche;

L’emplacement, la propreté du logement et les hôtes sont très réactifs et arrangeants.

Il n’y a pas de volets et le rideau n’est pas opaque, ce qui laisse entrer la lumière toute la nuit, établissement familial donc beaucoup de bruits provenant des autres appartements et nuisances sonores de l’extérieur.

Nur zum Schlafen reicht es aus. Lage ist super und sehr geräumig. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr angenehm

Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr zentral und die Wohnung war sehr geräumig. Es hatte außerdem 2 Badezimmer.

Die Badezimmer sind stark renovierungsbedürftig. Alles wackelt und ist lose. Spülkasten tropft und es gibt keine Duschwand oder Vorhang. Die Waschmaschine funktioniert leider auch nicht richtig. Ein Schlafzimmer hat auch keine Klima. Die Küche ist nur mäßig ausgestattet.

A 2 minutos del mar

Cercano a las playas, a 2 minutos bajando una cuesta. Nosotros teníamos reservado este apartamento pero el día de llegada se nos notificó que no podríamos alojarnos por fuga de agua. La casera nos derivó a otro apartamento más “tiradillo” pero nos regaló el parking y obviamente nos bajó el precio. Tanto ella como su madre fueron super amables y recibimos muy buen trato por su parte.

La ducha no tenía cortina y todo el agua salía fuera. El parking no viene incluido, son 10€ el día…

Posizione strategica per passeggiate serali sul bellissimo lungomare di Saranda.

Ottima posizione. Appartamento vicino al mare, al lungo mare, a negozi alimentari, bar e ristoranti. Biancheria pulita, morbida e profumata. Parcheggio privato sotto casa.

La doccia è priva di tenda, quindi quando si utilizza si bagna tutto il pavimento del bagno. Forse negli appartamenti in affitto in Albania la presenza di box o tenda per la doccia non è considerata una priorità: ho notato che per ovviare al problema collocano uno scarico al centro della pavimentazione del bagno. Altra cosa da segnalare: manca il bidet. L’impianto di condizionamento prevede un solo split in soggiorno/cucina: questo rende molto difficile raffrescare in modo uniforme anche le camere. Al balcone si accede da una delle due camere.

Lontani dal caos ma in ottima posizione

Lontano dal caos di Saranda è in una posizione comunque ottima per muoversi a piedi ed evitare di utilizzare l'auto nel traffico assurdo di Saranda. Posto tranquillo e spazioso (con balcone e un terzo letto). Comunicazione con l'host ottima tanto che avevamo un problema di liquidità ed è stato subito risolto dalla nostra host Che ci ha portato un pos.

Appena entrati abbiamo sentito un cattivo odore provenire dal bagno ma il tempo di arieggiare l'ambiente e il cattivo odore è andato via. Sicuramente il bagno è più vecchio rispetto alla camera.
