Overall a nice stay, with a few little fixes it would be excellent.
Very spacious and modern, felt very luxurious and worth the money. Good location with supermarkets and town/beach nearby. The hosts were super responsive via WhatsApp and quick to resolve any issues. The in-person hosts don’t speak English but are very friendly.
The shower has very low water pressure, almost only a dribble. They don’t provide laundry detergent or dish soap/sponge, but when we asked for it they brought us some. AC is only in the living room not the bedrooms. The apartment is overall clean but not too much attention to detail for the small stuff (dirty inside the bathroom cupboards for example). It was also quite difficult to find, so clearer check in instructions and a more specific address would be helpful.

The house was clean and tidy. Overall it was a good experience.
I suggest you to talk payment date/time beforehand with the home owner. He wanted us to pay the second day by calling back us to home while we were out to have lunch. It was quite annoying.
