    Very clean studio room. You can cook and there is also a kettle. Basic room with AC- no cupboard just open racks for clothes. Room service daily. Very clean and updated room. 10 min walk to metro, buses and a small supermarket. Area looked safe. Its just 2.75 euro to get into the city but no lifts at the metro station if ur bringing a big suitcase. Free drinking water can be refilled at the hotel lobby. No luggage storage at hotel but they were very helpful ordering a taxi. Friendly staff will defintely return but not through Agoda. AGODA charged me taxes and also the hotel. No refund from Agoda even with hotel invoice. Automated customer service also no contact number on agoda website. Not surprised by Agodas services. Hotel is great but not booking site.

    It's a decent place. The price is better than most places around paris and it has basically all you need. There was a bad smell in the bathroom - probably bad plumbing. Staff were warm and friendly but didn't always feel super professional.

    The first morning we found some ants on the stove panel. I talked to the reception and they asked the house cleaning lady to clean up the ants, but it didn't work. The same night we went back to the room，it was very late so we didn't pay attention. The next morning when we woke up, we found the ants having a party on the stove panel, in the sink, in the bathroom, and also on the floor everywhere!!!

    First of all , The toilet did not have neither shower gel nor soap Also there was sewage smell in the room and the receptionist didn't want to change the room while there were available rooms on their website The receptionist was very rude
