If you are going for sleeping, have breakfast and take a shower, its nice.

It's really a good location, you are in front of the station for take the line 7 and go to the center and a 3 min walking to maison blanche, where u can take the meteo for going to Orly. It's a really good region for the price

The bathroom is really too small and for taking a shower we do a mass; there is no space. Attention: if you are big, it won't be comfortable.

Good value, though impersonal

A large modern hotel, much used by groups. The room was clean and comfortable. It was possible to check in very late, which turned out to be useful as our travel was delayed. Reasonably convenient location (13th arrondissement), close to Porte d'Italie and Maison Blanche metro stations, though it is quite some distance from the centre of Paris (about 30 minutes on the metro). Good value given that it included a very good breakfast.

Rather impersonal, with rules obviously directed at school groups such as prohibiting food and drink in the room. Staff were rather disengaged and uninterested and the reception desk was sometimes unattended. The bathroom was very small and arranged as a wet room, so it was impossible to have a shower without getting water everywhere.

Great value stay with good breakfast - 100% recommend!

Very affordable considering it is in Paris, and breakfast is included in the price. The buffet breakfast offers a large variety, including bread, croissants, cold meats, hard boiled eggs, and cheese. Although the official check in time was 2pm, my room was ready earlier, and the kind lady at reception allowed me to check in at 1pm. While it is not in the city centre, there are two metro stations within a five-minute walk, making it easy to get around. The toilet is indeed very small, but I had read about it beforehand when booking, so it wasn’t an issue for me.

If I had to point out one issue, it would be the lack of a fan in the room, which made it very hot. I couldn’t open the window for relief coz on the first night I was bitten badly as there was no net to keep mosquitoes from coming inside.

Good value for money. Clean hotel and good breakfast. Close to metro, easy way to Louvre.

Breakfast was very good and has lots of options. Kitchen staff are friendly. Hotel is a near the metro station which is a line to Louvre musuem. Restaurants around the area.

The bathroom is really small, it’s like a camping toilet with shower. No hairdryer avaible and no kettle or glass or fridge in the room, food is not allowed in the bedroom which is not really helpful if you are diabetic and need some food and drink to prevent hypo episode, the hotel must look into this.

Good value for a few days, not for any longer

The hotel is well situated for the excellent metro system. It was also very good value for money.

The rooms had a lack of useable furniture which is fine for a few days. The bathroom was a tiny plastic pod that left everything wet after a shower. The hotel was basic but was good value. The staff were not rude but also barely acknowledged our presence.

Not too far from the metro station.

We arrived around midnight and we were tired, the check in were ok but the people next room were very very loud and noisy and it was just impossible to sleep. Should have chosen another place to stay.

The location is good. Is well connected. it’s close to the metro (7 mins walking). Staff super friendly.

The room it wasn’t so clean. My daughter found some hair in the bed. Very basic breakfast.

Daily cleaning was great. The location close to metro 7 made it a lot easier. We felt safe because the gate around the hotel.

Bathroom terribly small and dirty in places. Quality for the price good. Service at the front desk corny. There were super people and those who had a strange facial expression when you asked questions.

location near transit, breakfast was decent, we got a free parking spot which was not promised in my booking. the first impression was just so so, but we were quite happy with the hotel when we left.

Affordable, nice stay with a nice included breakfast in I calm area

The Bed was comfy, They offered a nice breakfast within a reasonable room price. Storage room was offered for use even after check-out, which is really convinient! The bathroom - hmm - ist actually a size of a toilet with e shower added in the corner. Means - it's really narrow!! We managed. It's a calm area, with a park just next to the hotel. You get a tram not far from the location and if you walk a bit further up you find yourself soon in China town with wonderful food options. It's a bit out of city center but with Metro (also close by) it's easy to go around!

As mentioned, the bathroom is actually more of a just toilet size, but it's manageable - if you don't expect a spa.

Room with ok size, very clean, confortable bed, silent, neighbood silent. Very close to metro station (porte d’italie - pink line). Breakfast included, fair enough. Personal very pleasant and helpfull.

The breakfast limited the amount of food you can eat (1 croissant and 1 bread per person) and no variaty in food options. Other than that, ok

Good location, near metro. Seems safe area even when i returned at midnight.

Little bit too small WC/bathroom. For one me it was good, but for bigger person it can be little not good. But it was clear and it is more important, than if you have big bathroom but not clear.
