In my first room (119) the air-con did not work, the desk seat was broken and desk lamp faulty. They changed my room to 511, here the TV had a fault and I could not charge my shaver as the shaver socket on the hair dryer did not work. Outside there was rubbish that did not get cleared up for the Friday to Monday for my stay.

At some point the AC started making noise. Impossible to sleep. The front desk answer: cannot change the room. After much arguing it turns out they could change the room on the same floor but did not want to. The initial room was in poor shape. But the second one was ok…

Its near the metro which was a positive. Expensive for the very basic room. Negligible amenities.

The accommodation was reasonably priced by Paris standards, it was clean and a short walk from Porte d'Italie meto station. It was also close to an untouristy high street which was interesting. On the minus side there was no storage space in the room art from some hangars so almst everything stayed in the suitcase. Paris is an international destination so it was surprising that there were no non French TV stations.

I am from india I am a sports coach we had a tournament in France near by this hotel. We had stay of 5 night on the check-in day the hotel staff as deposit 150EUR which is refundable by checkout day. On the check out day they said the payment will be refund by 9pm.but there is no payment received in my account. There are not replying the mail and no response from the hotel. This is not at all good..

Good location in Port D'Italie with convenient access to a metro & tram station. Wifi worked well inside the room. Front desk were easy to deal with and adhered strictly to social distancing procedures (incl. sanitising and wearing a face mask). Would stay here again if we returned to London!

The hotel rooms are fine. The staff on the front desk are arrogant. We wanted to leave our bags in the storage room, they wanted 40 € for 5 hours? I said that the ad on hotels.com doesn't mention this cost. They reply with too bad. Taxi from orly air port to the hotel cost me 18€ And is about 15mins...but the taxi from the hotel to orly said 35€ before we even left the hotel. I ask the staff at the hotel to speak to the driver about why it was so much.....they didn't help at all.

Lobby looks much better than rooms. Had a big hole in my bathroom floorboard, looked pretty sloppy. Besides that, was reasonable. Near metro. Far from tourist stuff because metro is so windy.

Upon arrival to this hotel the room was so small that not even to place the bags , The staff very rude and unpolight No AC in the room basicly a nightmare. How come expidia recommende places like this to any one, it's a shame.

The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the metro station which is good because the hotel was not located too close to the city or main attractions. The food was AMAZING! It was a buffet style with 3 different choice menus. The rooms were standard European size so not so big. The room was comfortable and was just right for my mother and I. Parking garage was convenient and free, as long as you don't stay longer than your check out time. Overall, good hotel.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. It is close to 2 metro stations and the rooms are clean. They are pretty small rooms but for 1 or 2 people it is totally fine. The rooms are air conditioned and the breakfast is good.I would definitely recommend it to someone as it is convenient and nice and not expensive.

As we travel to France at least twice a year we always stay at the campanile hotels this time we emailed hotels . Com because we did not know this hotel and asked if we could have a room on the first floor because of my husbands medical problems when we got to the hotel karim was very helpfull but the bedroom was on the fifth floor he informed us that he had not received any requests from them so he had to phone around other hotels at twelve o clock at night to find us suitable accomodation I think in future we may look at hotels that do take notice of requests of guests The hotel that we were put in was to say the least dirty smelly and old

The hotel staff were all very friendly, we stayed for 2 nights and were able to leave our luggage for almost 2 weeks with a reservation at the end (for a flight from CDG). There was a light fixture that didn't work in the room and when we asked them to change it, it was noted but not changed the next day. The room is small but gets the job done, we had 2 twin beds in a room. One tip, their food is not great, to be generous (considering the price of the buffet). If you have it included/are on a tour, maybe not so bad but we paid individually for the full buffet which was over priced for what was surely thawed desserts and poorly looked after platters.

Women on reception was super unhelpful. Directed me wrong was down car parking ramp for a start then day later charged me 15 euro when I already had a free space she wrongfully told me I couldnt park it. The room and hotel was as expected from pictures. Decent stay for the cost. Wouldn't return.

The hotel was suffice for location as we were able to park the car and take the local subway metro and buses. There were only two Bath Towels provided, face cloths and hand towels should be provided. Staff were very friendly and the rooms for a short stay were good during our fourteen day travel, we stayed in different locations which included Strasbourg France, Milan Italy, Geneva Switzerland, Paris France, Normandy France, Brussels Belgium, Wolfs-burg Germany finishing up in Frankfurt Germany to return home to Canada.
