I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was exactly what we needed: a clean, no-frills place to sleep. The accommodations were simple but met our expectations, and the friendly staff at the front desk made the stay pleasant from the start. BASIC Loft Lodging for two people, it could sleep three. There was a small bunk above the main bed, which would be ideal for a child or someone nimble. While the beds weren’t exceptionally plush, they were comfortable enough for a good night’s rest. Bathroom: The bathroom, like the room, was tiny but clean. I brought my own cleaning supplies to touch up, I was impressed with how well they maintained it. The water pressure was excellent, which is always a plus. However, I recommend bringing your own soap and shampoo, as the shower only had an all-in-one dispenser, and there was no lotion provided. The towels were quite thin, so if you prefer thicker ones, you might want to bring your own. We chose not to have the daily cleaning service as we're late sleepers and wanted privacy, but they were accommodating in providing fresh towels upon request. Cleanliness: Overall, the cleanliness was good throughout our stay. However, I woke up to long line of ants on the last night after I accidentally dropped a crumb, which was a bit of a downside. Cons: - No ice available on-site. - You have to put down a deposit for an iron or blow dryer. - There are no electrical outlet

The administrator was not helpful to accept pay in cash with 200€ banknote for breakfast because he had no change, He didn't let us pay after and unfortunately I couldn't use my card, so We had to take other option. Regarding cleaning, service didn't clean the floor during our stay. Hotel is quite acceptable administration is not.

I bought a package from Travelocity that included breakfast. As always in Paris there is a city tax that would of come to $11. And change however as soon as we walked in a rude guy at reception said it only includes breakfast for two and I had booked a room for 3 which I had paid for and even though I showed the guy our written package and no where did it state that it was breakfast for two he said I had to pay 55 euros not the city tax of 11. And change. I said I do agree the city tax as it was clearly stated when I bought the package he insisted that children over 12 had to pay for breakfast separately. This is a lie because when I called Travelocity and told them what had happened they said they would contact the hotel and get me reimbursed. After waiting for day and on my way home they finally answered and told me that the change was for the city tax! . Which was a lie and I should mentioned that this hotel targets Spanish speakers because at breakfast the next day I heard the same story except that one family of four were change for breakfast for all of them even though they bought the package that included breakfast and their children were under the so called age limit that the scammer had said my child was over of 12 yrs old! Please Travelocity do better! As for Ibis I will never booked any hotel from you. Freaking Scammers!

The hotel rooms are tiny but we could accommodate our family for a few days easily. The rooms were clean and cleaned every day. Most of the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel location was OK. There are several metro stations nearby so transportation to any part of Paris was comfortable.

On arrival we were told our reservation was cancelled due to invalidity of my credit card (just nonsense!). It was shocking to hear this after a long car drive from Holland to Paris. They offered new bookings at a much higher rate. And, my credit card showed no problem at all paying the bill 😂🍷 Very basic, small rooms, no attractive window view, shower cabin not that clean, one of the beds broken, no extra blanket even after asking for ... VERY DISAPPOINTING!! Positive points: safe parking lot (€12,- per night) and functioning airconditioning
