In my first room (119) the air-con did not work, the desk seat was broken and desk lamp faulty. They changed my room to 511, here the TV had a fault and I could not charge my shaver as the shaver socket on the hair dryer did not work. Outside there was rubbish that did not get cleared up for the Friday to Monday for my stay.

At some point the AC started making noise. Impossible to sleep. The front desk answer: cannot change the room. After much arguing it turns out they could change the room on the same floor but did not want to. The initial room was in poor shape. But the second one was ok…

Its near the metro which was a positive. Expensive for the very basic room. Negligible amenities.

The accommodation was reasonably priced by Paris standards, it was clean and a short walk from Porte d'Italie meto station. It was also close to an untouristy high street which was interesting. On the minus side there was no storage space in the room art from some hangars so almst everything stayed in the suitcase. Paris is an international destination so it was surprising that there were no non French TV stations.

I am from india I am a sports coach we had a tournament in France near by this hotel. We had stay of 5 night on the check-in day the hotel staff as deposit 150EUR which is refundable by checkout day. On the check out day they said the payment will be refund by 9pm.but there is no payment received in my account. There are not replying the mail and no response from the hotel. This is not at all good..

I understand the health instructions of the government which does not allow workers to clean the room, but what I didn't understand was that the staff were not able to give us new bed cover to change during the three consecutive nights. There is no fridge in the room, only one electric outlet is inside the room. Me and my girlfriend were not able to charge our mobiles at the same time. Very expensive breakfast which is not a buffet, it is only croissant, bread, and some yogurt. I don't recommend.

Good location in Port D'Italie with convenient access to a metro & tram station. Wifi worked well inside the room. Front desk were easy to deal with and adhered strictly to social distancing procedures (incl. sanitising and wearing a face mask). Would stay here again if we returned to London!

If you just want an old room with no frills, this is the place for you however, the pictures of the rooms/lobby are photo-shopped, not like it is in person at all. The brekfast they show you in photo's, it's a lie also. But hey, great price, bed was comfortable, water was hot and it was quiet.

For the price of 44 euros per night, this hotel was perfect. Everything that we needed was there. Quiet at night and in the morning. Its not the tidiest hotel ever, but for the price it was amazing

This is a basic hotel which is clean, good quality and clean bed linen. Staff are very helpful. Whilst parking is available it is very hot and slightly complicated to access as there are no lifts and it is best to unload suitcases at the ground level near reception. Otherwise stairs are a bit difficult to negotiate. Good clean restaurant at fair prices and reasonably good food. Easy access to Paris.

Location is very good, close to Metro station, easy to go to central Paris and CDG Airport. Staff are friendly and helpful. They can speak English and Chinese as well. Room is clean and tidy. We Will recommend it to friends. We will choose it again if we visit Paris in the future.

The per night rate is disappointing for not being a downtown hotel. The phone in the room cannot call an outside line. The breakfast buffet is also a little expensive, although quite good.. Everything was adequate without being special in any way. A typical chain hotel. You can do better in Paris.

Awfully run down hotel, unfriendly staff, does not even feel safe. I got a room, which was dirty, the towels had a smell, the bath tub grey stains, the A/C was broken so the room was way too hot, my door lock opened up when i closed the door so the batteries fell out, then the lock did not work properly. Noisy environment with thin walls, a disastrous night. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

The beds are really uncomfortable and too short for someone over 5.10 hard killed my back. Everyday the card was deactivated it wasn't near a cell or a credit card Breakfast expensive for a couple of croissants. Better deal to go eat around the corner restaurants. A few blocks from metro was convenient. No ice machInes. Staff in evening not helpful at all. Got a deal on price but not worth it.

Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. Rooms are shown differently on the pictures, so they are actually so tiny and dark; beds are very very small and not comfortable but also sheets were not clean that I saw long women hair on the sheet; bathroom was very dirty as well and again there's women hair in the shower area. It was disgusting! Hotel's location wasn't far from metro station (7-min walking distance) but it didn't seem like a safe area and neighborhood at night time. Orly Airport is 20-min taxi ride from hotel. Their free wifi internet connection was good although it was stronger and faster in the lobby area. In conclusion, it wasn't a good experience to stay in this hotel and we didn't like anything about this hotel, that's why we definitely won't be back if we go to Paris again. Not recommended!
