Beachside dreams are made here! This fully renovated and extended luxury beach house is perfectly located just a short walk from the beach and within easy reach or Rye shops. This exquisitely designed and furnished includes:

- Master with en-suite
- 3 x further bedrooms with Double/single bunk configuration
- Second full bathroom
- Heating and cooling
- Log fire
- Private Garden
- Decks to front and rear

Our properties are self-catering. Please refer to the following information so you know what is included and what is not:
Included:
Linen:
• Bed Linen including duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases. (Not flat sheets)
• One bath towel per person.
• Hand towels in the bathroom
• T towels for the kitchen
A starter pack in including:
• 4 x toilet roles per toilet
• Hand soap
• Dishwasher tablets (where a dishwasher is provided)
• Washing up liquid for hand washing dishes
What is not included:
• Flat sheets
• Beach or pool towels
• Coffee pods. Where a coffee pod machine is provided, please bring your favourite pods.
• Pantry provisions such as oil, salt, pepper or perishables.
• Face clothes/washers
• Shampoo and conditioner.
• Wood for Fires and Firepits where applicable. This can be purchased from nearby service station and Bunnings in Rosebud.
IMPORTANT: This property is strictly NO smoking. A smoke alarm is present and if triggered the fire brigade will be called to attend. Any Penalties charged for smoking in the premises are charged to the guest. All smoking must be done outside the building (not on the balcony) and cigarette buts disposed of.

We loved our stay here! Everything is newly renovated, super clean, all plates and pots new, and even plates, bowls and cups for kids. Perfect house for the family, super close to the beach! I could live on the chair swing at the front of the house. Will definitely stay again!
