Cleanliness, layout, location, comfort
No information manual on house - had to contact owners several times for basic information such as wifi password, oven, where glasses were etc.

Sea Haven was clean and tidy, with modern facilities and decor. We had everything that we needed. The area was in a lovely quiet area.
The back yard and patio area was a bit over grown with weeds and long grass. Front veranda needed a refresh as there were some burnt patches on the deck.

Very run down exterior- gardens not well kept - back yard very untidy with dirty furniture and loose pavers .
