Extremely comfortable house in such a fantastic quiet location. House was very clean, spacious, lovely fireplace, nice linen and plenty of kitchen items available. Everything here is great !

Pros Location was amazing. An 8 minute drive to Rye Main Beach and also back beaches. Place was clean and well stocked for amount of people we had. More than enough space for everyone, beautiful deck that wraps around with wonderful views of the beach and surrounding bush area
Cons Could probably use some fans in the bedrooms. Air-conditioning although great in main areas, rooms get quite hot at night, even downstairs. Definitely in need of some new pans. All pans were no longer non-stick, hard to clean after washing as everything was stuck to pan Might want to place some instructions on the oven, took us a little while to work out how to turn it on and use the features :)
