Large spacious house with pleasant vistas & outdoor seating areas. Nicely decorated & comfy beds. Pool & billiards table were good entertainment. Good parking space for a number of vehicles. Having separate bathrooms was great. Appreciated the bottle of wine & jelly beans (although I thought these would be charged for until I asked).
Lacking attention to detail for 'luxury' accommodation - empty room freshener/fragrance, untidy games cupboard, garden sadly needs weeding & TLC. BBQ was not clean & floors in kitchen & billiard room lounge were sticky. Thick dust behind TVs & untidy cords. Having to pay $250 extra to have pool heated & $10 extra for coffee pods when you are paying in excess of $1200 per night (for 8 adults & 2 children) was exorbitant! Being threatened with eviction if anybody visits is very unnerving. The list of 'Rules' sent after payment was overwhelming! These should be stated at the beginning e.g. 'maintenance people can come at any time'.
