Melbourne Private Apartments - Collins Wharf Waterfront, Docklands

Prefect apartment with great facilities! The heated pool and steam room was really good. The view from the apartment was stunning! Docklands is a lovely area to stay! Tram stop was very closeby.

We stayed for 4 nights with our 2 children in the sub- penthouse apartment. The location was outstanding - right near a tram stop and far enough out of the thick of the inner city that it was nice and peaceful. The view you will not beat anywhere else in Melbourne especially at night. The kids loved going in the pool and the apartment was nice and clean. Staff were very responsive by text and email. Would definitely stay there again.

There was some minor things that we didn’t love, like no space in bathrooms to put your clothes when you shower, and some of the tap fittings were not the best. Bathrooms would benefit even from a small stool underneath the sink or something.

Apartment was clean with beautiful view of the dock. Convenient location, walking distance to Marvel Stadium and food choices.

Staff could've been more responsive.

I had a very disappointing experience at Melbourne Private Apartments at Collins Wharf Waterfront Docklands. The check-in was supposed to be early, but when I called on the day of arrival to collect the key, I was told the apartment wouldn’t be ready until later. After arriving and dropping off my bags, I was forced to spend the entire day out in the city because the room had not been cleaned. This was especially frustrating after a long overnight flight and travelling into Melbourne I was exhausted and just needed to rest. When I eventually returned, i was told to meet the cleaner to receive the keys, which felt very unprofessional and disorganised. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. Upon entering the apartment, I found blood on one of the linens. I had to take photos as evidence and contact the cleaner again to have it replaced. This was completely unacceptable and very unhygienic. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with both the service and the cleanliness. I would not recommend staying here.
