Hard to find reception to collect keys.
Trouble with key/fobs & lifts.

Nice quiet area, great facilities for what we required.
The only issue we had was not being able to access level 1 to get to and from our car park. We were on level 4 the car on level 1 amd we were unable access.

Distance and price ws great
The place was worn down. Wonky table, no extra thick blanket, dimly lit and outdoor seats weren't appropriate to sit on. One of them was broken or needed cushion. The wardrobe needs a tickle up.
