Sky Haven Modern Retreat with Free Parking

The location was great and the beds were comfy. Access to the gym/pool was a bonus. We had great views of the docklands and the city. It was nice to stay in an apartment that had a good amount of conveniences in the cupboards, such as shampoo, cutlery and serving ware. The managers of the apartment communicated well with us with detailed messages and instructions.

The apartment was a little bit tired which made us go "Oh..." when we got in. The shower shelf was missing in the ensuite, there were marks on the wall from previous stayers, the couch was awkward to get comfortable in. It was a challenge to return the key to the drop off shop as we tried to drop it off before 10am the store was not open. Perhaps changing to check out time to 10:30 or sharing in the messages for us to be aware of the opening time for the store drop off point would have been helpful.

Great location, beautiful view.

Bed in main room had broken slats which could use replacing. Shelf in both showers was also broken.

Location

Left over food etc in pantry and fridge Heater didn’t work

Location was just what we wanted

The furniture was not comfortable. The orientation meant that it was in full sun most of the day it was oppressively hot nearly all day
