*All bookings are *NOT* confirmed until the Hosts IDV Form process has been completed by the Primary booking guest. THIS IS COMPULSORY FOR ALL BOOKINGS.
*We don`t accept groups of guests under the age of 25 without 5 good reviews
*Quiet hours between 10pm & 7am.
*Please remove footwear when entering the bedrooms due to the white carpet.
*Cleaning fee is for a basic turnover. If the cleaners are forced to stay longer due to guests lack of care, we reserve the right to forward on extra costs.

Kids wnjoyed the pool, easy instructions great place, everthing worked. Super close to a supermarket and right next tona tram stop. Thank you again.
