Nest Apartments on Rose Lane

Great Location,close to Southern cross.The 3 bedroom apartment was great,2 bathrooms and a balcony,having a washer and dryer was great, The pool spa and sauna was amazing after walking around the city all day.

Only 2 things could have made it a whole lot better 1-There was half attention to detail,the fans,all the condiments ect,extra bedding,fabric softener those things you need somewhere else,but also have 4 bottles of conditioner and no shampoo,no laundry detergent.broken coffee table just sitting together by a thread. 2-This apartment NEEDS a proper cleaner, it would clean up so amazing.it was filthy,the view was AMAZING but there were toddler fingerprints everywhere and nose and lip marks on all windows on the inside.provided with 1 very clearly mouldy dishcloth,the light switches and tv were fingerprints everywhere,the shower had to be bleached and scrubbed before use,definitely not what I was on holidays for,we left them mould free,advised to take rubbish out before we left and there was rubbish and juice for other guests in there.

Location was exceptional, fantastic value.

Location, Cleanliness, Great set up with all the bedrooms and bathrooms.

Difficult to contact Nest Apartments staff. The property phone number in Booking app was uncontactable. The mobile number I had of Nest Apt rings but no answer. SMS/Whatsapp them, no respond. I only hear from them 1 day before checking out a standard checkout message generated by the system. Seems the company is understaffed. I have the impression, the office is mannedby 1 person.. Not impressed in as far as communication with them is concerned.
