Nest Apartments on Rose Lane

The three bedroom apartment was ideal for our three party mature girlfriend group who are past sharing rooms . Plenty of space . Location was perfect across from shopping DFO . Parked car at southern cross parking , discount obtained for parking after our shopping expedition . We caught Ubers easily to our entertainment locations . Dinner at Italian around the corner , breakfast at southern cross . Would stay in this apartment and area of city again for sure

Location was wonderful. Good size apartment.

Only one set of room keys for a 3 bedroom apartment. Basic furnishings.

Comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water.

I would expect to have tea/coffee available. Some utensils were not clean. A better dishcloth should be provided. The sink plug does not work. Door handle and key need fixing and lubrication.

Location. Indoor pool, spa, gym and sauna.

There were used clothes and underwear in the wardrobe. Used bath soaps in the showers. The clothes dryer filter was full of lint. Used laundry liquid bottles in the laundry. Used sponge in the kitchen. Dirty everything - hair on the walls and in the sink. The fridge had a frozen bread loaf in the freezer. No tea, coffee, spare/clean dishwashing sponges or cloths, no facial tissues. The blinds were dirty and the roller chains sticky. One of the lifts was out of order. The refuse chute on my level was out of order. The communication was most frustrating. I paid for parking and was not given the correct swipe card Hein the collection point. Stuck in front of the car lift with my two children until the host finally answered my text. Non of my other queries were responded too- it was an AI bot every single time - along the same repetitive question, “how can I help you?” I understand now why it was a cheap rate - we had a motel/2 star experience.
