Was impressed by the communication with the hosts and the large apartment right in central Melbourne. The car lift was very convenient and the place located near multiple restaurants and shops. We had a great time

overall our stay was good. However, the unit is a bit tired and definitely needs some TLC. The dishwasher didn't work when we arrived, the door to the balcony also didn't work, the showers leaked a lot of water. And some small things like there was no laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels etc. Also, the unit was not clean. I had to go through and clean cutlery (and the drawers they were in). That being said the location was fantastic and the response from the property manager was great. They were quick to respond and willing to solve any issues I had.The owner should really spruce up the place to make it worth the amount they are charging.
