Great location right next to the southern cross station with plenty of public transport available
The bed was extremely uncomfortable - the mattress was rock hard which is not what we were used to so we couldn’t really sleep. My partner ended up finding the sofa more comfortable lol
A few other small issues with the place - the handle for the shower temperature adjustment was missing (but still usable), the kettle was pretty gross so we used the stove to boil water and the kitchen vent was extremely filthy and dripped a bit of oil onto the table

Everything was pretty good. Nice view. Close to everything
That the cleaner literally knocked on the door at 10am

The bathroom was full of mould, so I couldn’t use the shower. And the pillow smells perfume.
I hope this issue is addressed for future guests.
