Welcome to our modern and versatile 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment on King Street, Wiltshire Building! Originally designed as a 2-bedroom home, this space has been creatively converted to offer more sleeping arrangements for large groups or families. With 7 bed spaces in total, including a mix of beds, sofa beds, and privacy curtains, this apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests.

Second Bedroom: 1 Double Size Bed
Living Room (Curtain-separated 1st Bed Space): 2 Single Beds
Living Room (Curtain-separated 2nd Bed Space): 1 Double Bed
Living Room (Alcove with Half Wall 3rd Bed Space): 1 Single Bed
Living Room (Sofa Bed): 1 Double Sofa Bed
This apartment offers great flexibility for large groups or families with children, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and free WiFi throughout the property.

CHAUFFEUR SERVICE AND AIRPORT TRANSFER: Ask about our Airport Transfer were our partner drivers will meet you at the airport, transfer you to your apartment and hand you your keys.
CHECK OUT:
Check out is 11am, if you need a late checkout, ask us about our late checkout Options.
Readyset Terms and Conditions/ House Rules:
Readyset Apartments is a collection of private apartments, townhouses and holiday homes that are generally situated in residential building complexes where an owner’s corporation rules are strictly monitored, enforced, and need to be adhered to.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and on balconies, a charge of AUD700 will apply if traces of smoking in the apartment are found.
Check In Requirements:
Guests are required to confirm their identity upon request through way of official documentation including passport, driver’s licence or national identity card and present the credit card that was used to make the reservation.
There is a strict “No Party Policy” imposed, where severe penalties apply.
Guests must oblige to keep noise within the building premises to a minimum after 9:00PM on all nights, in respect for other residents in the building.
A security deposit of $295 will be pre-authorised on the credit card provided within 7 days prior to arrival.
