Very clear and concise information from the host made collecting and returning the keys a very simple and secure process. The apartment is in a great location for all forms of transport and a great place to experience a variety of cafes, eateries, restaurants etc. in a funky part of Melbourne with its lane ways and murals. The apartment was a delight. Bright, colourful and spotlessly clean. After a hard day of sightseeing, it was a pleasure to relax on the huge terrace. A thoughtful host provided a well equipped place to stay and made our time in Melbourne stress-free.

Very good area to stay in the city, easy trams and trains around to reach all the places. Great place in every aspect you could think of, no complaints.

Our host was really organised and adaptable as we changed our arrival time but she just set up another alternative without a problem. We appreciated her quick responses.
The only suggestion would be to have 2 sets of keys. But we made it work.
