Location of the apartment was great. Easy accessible to train station and shopping centre.
Location of where to collect keys.
Possibly felt worse as I didn’t know Melbourne well, was raining heavy and loads of people around. Trying to navigate several streets over, with suitcases etc made it a bit more stressful but no fault of the hosts.
