The open-plan living and dining area flows to a gourmet kitchen with stone benchtops and premium appliances. Master bedroom: king bed with luxury ensuite. Second bedroom: king bed. A luxury fold-out bed accommodates a 5th guest or child in comfort. The dedicated full-size laundry room is a rare convenience. Includes a private study and dishwasher. Secure basement parking is available at AU$30/night — please request at booking.

Mandatory Induction & Fob Activation (Strict Building Policy)

All Level 9 facilities require a mandatory in-person induction at Tower 4 – Lobby Concierge Desk.

Induction available Monday–Friday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm only.

Scan the official black "Short Stay Amenities Induction" sign (English QR code or Mandarin QR code) and complete the 5-minute online form.

After induction, ask the concierge to activate your fob for Level 9 access.

No inductions outside these hours or on weekends (Owners Corporation rule – no exceptions).

Guests arriving after 4 pm or on weekends will not have access during their stay.

Weekend-only stays have no amenities access.

Resident-only amenities (e.g. cinema) are not available to short-stay guests.



Key Collection & Luggage Storage

Your apartment key and luggage storage are both handled at the nearby Be My Guest office (3–5 minute walk from West Side Place):

Shop 3, 200 Spencer Street, Melbourne VIC 3000

Hours: Monday–Sunday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (open every day, including public holidays).

Key collection: During office hours or via after-hours locker (please follow the instructions sent before check-in).



Parking

Secure basement parking is available at AU$30/night — please request at booking (subject to availability). Once arranged, entry is via the parking fob provided with your key. Clearance height restrictions apply — please confirm your vehicle height before parking. No oversized vehicles, caravans, or trailers.

Located in West Side Place, Melbourne's premium mixed-use development next to the Ritz-Carlton. Steps to Southern Cross Station, Melbourne CBD, Docklands, and the vibrant Southbank precinct. World-class dining, retail, and entertainment at your doorstep.



Getting Around:

Steps to Southern Cross Station (direct trains to Melbourne Airport, regional and metro lines). Tram stops at Docklands and Collins Street are within a 5-minute walk. Melbourne CBD is a short walk. Uber and taxis readily available from the building entrance.

Access to the pool and gym requires completion of a mandatory induction.

Induction is available Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM at the concierge.

Guests must scan a QR code and complete a short online form (approx. 2 minutes).

Waiting time may apply if others are completing the induction.

If induction cannot be completed during these hours, amenities access is not guaranteed (no exceptions under building rules).

Weekend-only stays or guests unable to attend during weekday hours will not have access to the pool or gym.

Building Noise

West Side Place is a large residential complex. Occasional construction or maintenance noise may occur during weekday business hours. We appreciate your understanding.
