Location, general aspects of the property were nice
Stains on couches and carpet, gross coloured sheets, mould on roof in bathroom

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this place. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for our family of five, with three bedrooms that suited our needs well. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary cookware and utensils, and the cleanliness upon check-in was satisfactory.
However, our arrival experience was disappointing. When we arrived, the key was missing from the lockbox, possibly because it had not been returned or had been taken. We had to wait nearly an hour in the lobby before a staff member arrived with a replacement key. During that time, we were unsure who was assisting us, which was frustrating after a long journey.

Place could have been dusted and cleaned better. One of our group actually cleaned the windows.
Lockbox was tricky to work and see for most of the ladies in their 70s.
